This, along with the shampoo, really helps my dry, overprocessed hair look soft and shiny, healthy. I tend to be sensitive to hair products, so I noticed with the first use I experienced too much tingling, and it was uncomfortable on my scalp. And, I must not have gotten it rinsed out well because my scalp itched so much. Once I washed my hair again same day, and only put it on the ends, not at the scalp, and rinsed it a long time, I was fine. I have soft natural curls and waves, and unfortunately this does weigh my hair down a bit. But I like the healthy appearance.
