Update from below... It was very easy to contact the seller and get our issues corrected. They shipped out new parts and provided the tracking numbers. We are scheduled to receive them in a couple of days and can finish assembly at that point. I am looking forward to seeing it all put together and our first guests will be using it in a few weeks. The seller's speedy response is that much more appreciated given we won't have to figure out other sleeping arrangements! I will add more detail once the bed is assembled. I was disappointed to find this is not truly solid wood. There are pieces that are wood and pieces that are manufactured. We also didn't receive all required pieces and have not been able to assemble it. This product would be great for the small room we want to use it in but I need to be able to assemble it before knowing how well it works as a unit and for the space. I have sent a message to the seller/manufacturer asking for the missing pieces and will update my review if/when I hear back.

Surprisingly Easy Setup & Super Comfortable! I was a little nervous about buying a Murphy bed, thinking it might be complicated to assemble or uncomfortable to sleep on—but this one completely exceeded my expectations. Assembly was a breeze. The instructions were clear, the parts were well-labeled, and I had it fully set up in just under four hours and was able to do it solo as a 44-year-old woman. It feels solid and well-made once it’s installed. As for comfort—it’s genuinely great to sleep on. The mattress support is sturdy, and it doesn’t feel like you’re sleeping on a foldaway bed at all. I'm happy to have such a nice bed to offer my guests which also folds up so that I can use the space as my yoga room the rest of the time. It’s the perfect space-saver and doesn’t sacrifice quality or comfort. Highly recommend!
