I had to start taking Vitamin D because my Levels were low. My Doctor recommended this brand and I could not be happier. I was taken the prescribed Vitamin D but it was making my stomach upset. This has not done anything to my stomach. I would highly recommend this brand. It’s been a great product to get my vitamin d levels up and feel better.

Supplementing Vitamin D is important as we age. Doctor recommended 5000iu since I am overweight. I have to say after 10 days of consistently taking it, I see subtle changes of better cognition, more energy, and my sugar cravings are improving.
