By far the best brand I have used. It helps curb the appetite without making my tummy upset. I highly recommend. I have been able to take it daily for a few weeks and stop (forget to take it) without the cravings coming back right away which also enable me to make the bottle last a little more than a month making it a great value for the cost. As much as I’d love to take this consistently, it gives you the foulest flatulence. Apparently, that is part of the process and your gut biome getting used to supplement but it is not worth it. I work out 6+ days a week and after consistently taking it daily for one month it made absolutely no difference. I have started replacing every supplement when I run out to this brand. Berberine has been the latest chatter on social media with weight loss and sugar cravings. I ordered this and within 3 days it shut off the cravings and grazing through out the day. I've already ordered a second bottle. I didn't feel any side effects.
