Use this for mouth health, gum health, wound healing, skin care. I put some in moisturizer and apply to my face/skin for correct acid mantle of skin to protect it. It also is a great sunscreen -- with no terrible chemicals. I severely cut my finger and used this and aloe to close the wound. No stitches, no ER visit, less cost, great healing. Also use it for any gum bleeding. Also put in coconut oil for oil pulling to take out bacteria in mouth. I love this product! Especially since it's raw and also because it helps the rainforest sustainability. FYI: After a bit the dropper can get clogged after awhile because of the nature of the product and it's healing properties. I wanted to write this review after I had used this for about a month to see if it really worked. Before I started using it I had very painful receding gums. Hot/cold temperatures, brushing, and any type of touching near the exposed area sent me through the roof with a sharp pain. I didn't want to have grafting surgery so I figured I'd try this as a last resort. Let me say it WORKS. I brush with a soft bristled brush with toothpowder, floss, then swish with this. I found it is most effective NOT rinsing it when you're done as you want it to sit on your gums for as long as possible. I swish two droppers full for about a minute, spit it out and go to bed. Doing this for a month has not only "puckered up" my gums, reducing the area exposed, but I don't get any pain now when brushing or consuming anything hot/cold. I am hoping with continued use my gums will continue to repair themselves. There is still sensitivity if I try and touch the exposed area with a scraper but that area is much less now. Another thing I wasn't expecting was how well it removes plaque. Not sure if it is because of the astringent quality of the sap, but the best way I can describe it is it seems to stick to, then dissolve, the plaque. Once a week I will swish and take a tooth scraper to clean the dissolved plaque off my teeth. I still have all my wisdom teeth so this has helped incredibly with keeping them clean. Not a lot of products really blow me away but this one I will be using from now on indefinitely! Thanks Blue Organix!

Wouldn't be without this stuff. Great for anything skin related- takes the itch out of bites and hives, clears up blemishes, helps cuts heal faster. A couple of drops in water fixes an upset stomach. I've also noticed that taking 2 - 3 drops just makes you feel really good- more alert, more energy- not like caffeine, just like you've had a really good nights sleep- bright and refreshed. There's not a lot of info out there, but one site said one drop of it was as high on the ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) scale as eating two pounds of kale or three apples. (Raise your hands- who wants to eat two pounds of kale)? I only wish there was more info about it- if anyone knows of a book/site/study that covers it decently I'd love a recommendation.

This is my first time using Dragon's Blood, so my expectations were that it would look like all the photos I've seen (both in the description of this item as well as all others I've seen photos of) and be a beautiful, clear, deep dark blood red. The first bottle of this I received was an opaque brownish-orange, appeared to be somewhat stuck at the bottom of the bottle, and had small chunks in it. My photos are after shaking the bottle. Since I couldn't find a way to contact the seller directly, I contacted Amazon for a replacement. The 2nd bottle arrived and looks just as the first did. Although there don't seem to be dried up chunks in this one, the opaque brown color is the same. As previously stated, every photo of Dragon's Blood I've ever seen looks clear (not opaque) and is that beautiful deep red color. So I don't know what to think of this. Should I return this 2nd bottle as well and just order from a different seller? Is this normal? I'm just not sure what to think or do. 😕 Update: After ending up returning the replacement bottle as well, I ordered from a different seller while still awaiting a refund for this. Having now received true, genuine, fresh dragon's blood, I can now see just how immense the difference is between the two. This dragon's blood i purchased from Luna Sundara is exactly what I had expected dragon's blood to be. Gorgeous deep red color and clarity, lovely consistency, as opposed to brownish water, no chunks, a nice earthy, slight naturally medicinal scent as opposed to something that just smelled rancid, as though it had gone bad. Just a night and day difference. Judging from the many positive reviews on this product, perhaps I just happened to get two bad bottles out of a bad or old batch, despite the expiration date being 2023? I don't mean for this review to sound mean, because it's not at all personal. I just wanted to be honest about the product I personally received for anyone that might be on the fence. This was my first time ordering dragon's blood, so at first I wasn't sure if that's just how it was supposed to be until I purchased from a different seller and saw the stark differences in every way between the two products. Seems like it may be a "purchase at your own risk" situation with this one, where you may or may not get a good batch.
