These Natrol melatonin gummies surprised me! I take 1-2 before bed and I’m out in like 30 minutes—no groggy feeling the next day. Love the berry flavor, not too sweet. I am SO glad I came upon these! I have been an early riser pretty much all my teen & adult life! (like 4 am/5-7 days a week)!!! I can fall asleep exhausted when I go to bed, but staying asleep has never been easy!! I have been prescribed meds from MD before but they made me sick to my stomach, groggy during the next day or didn’t help at all! I have followed every suggestion made, I have no TV in my bedroom,temperatures of cooler or warmer, special blankets, eye masks, blackout curtains, spa music machine & on an app on my phone & no pop, coffee or tea with caffeine daily after noon-1pm daily, & listen to several people’s suggestions for many years but nothing really worked to get me to stay asleep longer than two-three hrs a night & not feeling totally run down during the next day or days!! I have researched & read all the reviews & decided to give these a try! I purchased these & I am so happy I did! 10 milgms of Melatonin & I wasn’t sure how it would effect me so I would just bite a half of it & and it has worked great! I am getting a full 6-7 hrs of sleep every night & a sometimes on the weekends a full gummy for 8-9hrs of great sleep on weekends too!! I feel so much better in the morning & don’t hit the wall at anytime throughout the day! I’m telling you these work! They’re very good. Be careful not to eat all of them, but they work OK. Haven’t taken them long enough to really experience it because I just got the package a day ago but so far they taste pretty good and they worked but again I haven’t had any melatonin for a while.

I developed severe insomnia following radiation for a brain tumor, sometimes barely sleeping for 2 or 3 days at a time, but I wasn't sold on taking prescription meds. So far, my experience with this Natrol melatonin has been encouraging. For 4 days now I have fallen asleep quickly and my active mind seems calmer. At this point I'm only using one 5mg gummy (1/2 dose) taken 20 minutes before bedtime and will consider a higher two gummy dose (10 mg) if needed later.
