I’ve been buying this brand in store for awhile. I found it on Amazon and gave it a shot. I’ve gotten this multiple times now and it always arrives unopened and fresh. The gummies are soft, by the end they do harden up some just from opening and closing and letting air in and out. They still are fine though and taste good. If you’re looking for something more natural as opposed to something like diphenhydramine this may be a good choice. However it is not going to make you drowsy - your body naturally produces melatonin which is what this contains. Melatonin is a natural hormone that your brain produces in response to darkness. Melatonin does not make you fall asleep but increases the signaling to the brain to create sleep opportunities. Thus, by taking melatonin, your brain gets into 'sleep time mode,’ so do not expect some miracle insomnia cure from this. I've found that one of these (5mg) works for me about as well as a 10mg pill from the same company. That might be a placebo thing from reading other reviews, and your mileage may very, but I'm really happy with one of these a night. The flavor is good, it's basically a strawberry gummy candy, and doesn't have that weird texture you get with gummy vitamins. Very artificial, but I wouldn't be upset if I bought candy at a convenience store that tasted like this. I would definitely keep these away from children, the child-proof lid is good, not great, I wouldn't trust it against a toddler with a sweet tooth. Really my only problem with these is that there's a big "10mg" printed on it with fine print "per serving" under it. There's no reason for it to be like this, and while the listing does call it a 45 day supply, making it clear that they direct you to take 2 of them for the full dose, this marketing still really rubs me the wrong way. ... show more

I bought this just a few days ago and have only been using these for 2 days and when I tell you these gummies will knock you out for hours, I wish I was exaggerating. I took 2 of these the past two days each day after getting off of 3rd shift to help me get to sleep sooner so I can wake up and still have time to do things before I go to work. I took 2 when I got home from work and didn't wake up until almost 11 hours later. They work a little too well. I'll be taking 1 from now on. I do not take the recommended serving size on the container (2gummies)!!!! I really would only take one! They really work good, but I’m the morning I feel like I got knocked out lol. They just work that good! I was taking the Olly sleep gummy’s, which do not taste good, and only worked sometimes. These on the other hand taste great and work great. I hate taking pills. I got a hold of these gummies and what a pleasant way to take the Melatonin. I have a difficult time sleeping and as a result usually get 3 to 4 hrs of sleep. While not a big improvement with the gummies I'm getting 5 hrs of sleep. It's amazing g How two more hours makes a difference. I take 1-2 two hours before bed time and keep an extra one by my bedside. If I start waking up in the middle of the night I grab the extra one and take it. Close my eyes and go back to sleep. I practice good sleep habits and the gummies are an added bonus to my sleep. Love the sweet fruity taste instead of the nasty medicinal taste. Best thing I've found to help with my sleep. All this with melatonin and not rx sleep aids which can have been known to cause users to sleep walk. Melatonin for the win! ... show more
