I don’t have doors on my bedroom closet so that is why I got these. They are pretty & perfect for what I needed. A little more satin like than I expected but ended up liking that.

These do darken a room and the teal color is very pretty; however, these curtains do not block all light. I could still see a little light coming through but that window is just a side window that doesn't get full sun so I'm keeping them. If you're looking for blackout curtains these are not it.
