*I am a HUGE fan of Ancestral Supplements. I stumbled upon the company and its product offerings somehow and I haven’t looked back since ordering my very first bottle. I am so grateful to you and your products because they are really helping me live a better life. I’ve been taking your products for going on two years now. I started with the Marrow and now also take Trachea, Beef Liver, Living Collagen, Colostrum, Thyroid and Adrenals. I just started today the Intestines/Tripe as well. Trying one product at a time and seeing how much better I feel with each addition has made me a believer in the whole nose-to-tail thing. I am so grateful that your products allow me to incorporate this way of eating into my and my family’s life. Thank you. Also, I want to thank you for always responding to my emails. You probably don’t remember me from your many many MANY customers but we have corresponded a few times in the past and I think it is so nice that you pay each of us individual attention. It’s nice to be heard and to have our questions answered. For instance, most recently back in September, you responded to my question regarding the colostrum and whether it causes skin breakouts. I was afraid to try colostrum because other colostrums reportedly cause acne and I didn’t want to get any. Well, I want to let you know that not only did I NOT break out but my skin has never looked and felt better! Along with the collagen, it has improved my skin to the point that it is as soft and radiant as my infant daughter’s baby skin! :) Also, just like your other products, your colostrum is the REAL deal because even starting with one, I started having herxheimer reactions. I’ve increased to just two a day and still feel he benefits. :) I recently started taking the Thyroid and Adrenals because I had a baby in September and I wanted to prevent the horrible symptoms I went through after the birth of my first child 4 years ago - hair loss, fatigue, feeling cold, depressed. I never got tested formally for hypo/hyper thyroid but I am pretty in tune with my body and I am into holistic living and such. I read and know a lot on the subject of health and well being (it is my dream to one day soon become a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Quite a far cry from someone who spent 25+ years in the throes of an eating disorder, huh? ;) I knew without a blood test that my thyroid was out of whack then and was starting to get out of whack now. Within days of starting a low dose of the Thyroid and Adrenals, I started to feel so much better and now I’m feeling better than I have in a long time. (My current dose is 4 thyroid and 2 adrenals a day, which seems to be the magic combination for me.) My moods have improved, I have more energy, my hair isn’t falling out, and I just feel great.” *I am continuing to take all the supplements listed above, but have since tapered my dose of thyroid and adrenals to just 1 each a day. I had quite a lot of health issues and I was constantly tired, fatigued, feeling cold and under the weather. This was also due to old injuries, stress and anemia. I had tried iron supplements which messed with my digestion big time and also the lucky iron fish but it just did not quite do the trick. I already make an effort to eat a clean (no processed food, sugar, alcohol) and nutritious diet with meats and organ meats so I was getting very frustrated. After having tried many things, I decided to give Ancestral Supplements a go and started with the Liver pills. When I first got them, the smell was so fragrant to me and my body was obviously craving it. I started with 2 and slowly worked my way up to the full dose. I did get a little bit of detox symptoms but that was because I should have gone slowly but at the same time, I saw results immediately in energy and I started to looked and feel a little better. Brian, the owner of the company was great and gave me so many suggestions, including combining it with the Spleen. He was right, I made great progress within a week. I then decided that I needed support in many areas and he made some more great suggestions so I have been trying out a new routine. I have set the liver and spleen to the side in a rotation now that the anemia is under control and am using Organs, Bone Marrow and Collagen slowly working up to the full dose. This was over a period of a few weeks, introducing one at a time and noticing the effects and difference of each. Everything has been pretty amazing and I will be rotating many others as I know I need help with thyroid and digestional issues etc. What worked for me was experimenting and getting in touch with my body, noticing how the difference with doses, time when I take them and whether I take them on an empty stomach or on my food etc. The Bone Marrow was amazing… I was having so much issues with my teeth and gums, it was very stressful but this combined with the Collagen, things have improved dramatically. I’m currently on a balanced diet, green, with lots of bone broth and whole grains while on these supplements. I have gradually done away with a lot of the other stuff I was taking but sometimes I will take a multivitamin or Vit C with the organs or collagen. I just didn’t need all the other stuff and I felt much less hungry as my body felt nourished. It was a terrible vicious cycle before, I ate a lot because my body craved nourishment, had bad digestion and absorption and in times of stress relied on sugar so when I tried a healthy routine, I just felt so weak and cold all the time. The supplements also made me feel well enough to change to a solid routine including an earlier bedtime and better sleep by using the blue light glasses and salt lamps. From Brian’s website I did a lot more reading and the grounding sheet made a huge difference. In a few more weeks I now feel like a different person, it is pretty unbelievable. Stable positive mood, energy, clarity of mind, fast rate of healing from injury. It was unimaginable from my state before. It also allowed me to feel strong enough to get therapy for some deep seated issues that I had difficulty in dealing with and I am in the process of spring cleaning my home so I can overhaul my life. Everything is linked, mind, body and spirit and when my body was so weak, I was depressed and just could not handle much more than mere basic functions. I am so thankful to Ancestral Supplements and amazing people like Brian and his company that are knowledgeable and set out to help others and generously share what they know! Thank you! This has been and will continue to be a life changing experience. I was joking with my friends that at this rate, I should have super powers soon.... : )
