  • Want to be healthy and regular?
Flavor Name: Coconut Size: 30 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
I’m 53, I put a TBL of this and and TBL of ghee in a large mixing cup and blend it with an immersion blender with my morning espresso, pour that into a pint glass, put some ice in there and top-off with that watered down plain almond milk from Costco. Basically a bulletproof coffee I think. I’ve been doing this for several years and usually make two before i leave for work. To say I’m “regular” is an understatement. Wake up and hit the throne after one of these. Like clockwork. Sometimes it’s a rush to the throne or there’s gonna be a messy set of underwear. My most recent bloodwork came back exceptional. Doc said “don’t change a thing”. I replied well it sounds my liver could use a bit more punishment, I used to eat processed crap and I’ve lost 50 lbs after I quit eating fast food or anything fried. YMMV, but what have you got to lose? ... show more

  • Week 1: Hunger Gone, Energy On Deck”
Flavor Name: Coconut Size: 16 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
I got this because it was supposed to curb appetite and give a bit of an energy boost. I’ve been taking this MCT oil for a week now — one teaspoon in the morning and one in the afternoon. It’s easy to take, and I usually pair it with a cup of tea (either before or after), or with some food/snack. The first noticeable effect? It curbs my hunger. I'm writing this at 8 PM — and normally by now, I’d be raiding the fridge like a zombie with the munchies. For years, I’ve had this unexplained nighttime hunger (not emotional eating — just a relentless need to snack). But this week? I eat dinner at 5 PM, hit the gym around 6:30, and by 8:00, instead of diving into leftovers, I just... stand in the kitchen, stare at the popcorn, nope... cheese toast, nope... cashews, nope... even sweets, nope. I feel like I got gobsmacked, stand there looking crazy, and walk away. It’s wild. Second benefit: a clean energy boost. About an hour after taking it, I feel a light surge of energy. Nothing crazy — not jittery or hyped — just enough to notice I've got a bit more in the tank. I'm currently finishing a prayer journal, and instead of spacing out by 8 PM like usual, I’m still writing. It even seems to help me arrange my thoughts better — figuring out where to add pictures, illustrations, and extras — which usually only happens in the morning when my mind is fresh. I'm not up to the full dose yet — easing it into my routine so I don’t shock my system. But so far, my body is responding really well, and I’m genuinely surprised how fast it curbed that nighttime snacking habit. No gastro issues either (which some reviews mentioned) — just start slow and you'll be fine. Tip: Don't take it too late at night — the energy boost could make it harder to fall asleep. I’ll try to come back in a month or two for a follow-up. ... show more

  • Best MCT
Flavor Name: Coconut Size: 30 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
This product is awesome! I started MCT oil about 2 months ago and bought a smaller bottle of this in my local grocery store just to try it. I started with a tsp and gradually built up to a tablespoon over the course of 3 weeks. I had no issues at all with this product. Then I ordered a different brand and had terrible gut issues and spent most of the time in the bathroom after ingesting this in my coffee. I switched back to this one because the difference is amazing! I ordered two bottles or the organic brand and I won't buy any other. If you are thinking about adding MCT to your nutrition intake then I highly recommend this product. Start slow. I can now take 3 T a day without any issues. Every body processes differently so listen to your body and give it what it needs. I've found my MCT in Nature's Brand. Thank you for a great product that works and keeps my body healthier! ... show more

  • Good stuff!
Flavor Name: Coconut Size: 16 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
I've gone through my second bottle of this oil and love the texture and slight flavor it adds to my morning coffee. I'm on a ketovore diet right now, cycling from keto to carnivore. I've dropped 40 lbs fast and this mct oil is part of my strategy. It's brain fuel along with the caffeine and keeps me satiated until my OMAD (one meal a day) on my current carnivore/intermittent fasting period. I wish the oil was in a glass bottle. Not sure how much plastic is being absorbed into the oil. Maybe they use a certain material that doesn't leach into the oil. If so, they should state that in their description for those concerned. Also, I noticed they state that a tablespoon contains 14 grams, but the numbers don't add up, as they state 7.7 grams caprylic and 4 grams capric which equals 11.7 grams. But these two things are not deal killers for me. The price is good and the quality is good, so I'll buy again! ... show more
