This fireplace is amazing. I love the realistic look, the hidden buttons are a plus. Love how it brings warmth to my home with the look and the heat. Very easy to install. Definitely worth the price. It even has crackling noises to make it feel even more real on a cold winter night.

For me, the beautiful glowing coals and realistic looking flames are awesome and my husband agrees. It was apparently very easy to install as it arrived (Sooner than expected!) after I left to go shopping, was already installed and going when I got home and I heard nothing out of my husband except how pleased he is. We have a huge fireplace but this insert fit perfectly and looks great! Oh, and it has good heat output also! It looks so nice I almost forgot it has another rather important purpose! We probably won't use the sounds much as they are a bit tinny but everything else more than makes up for that. ... show more

Very nice replacement for a propane fireplace. We have no gas service, so decided to replace the propane one with this. Had to eun a dedicated circuit. Make sure it can pull in cool air, the unit needs to breathe to work right. Dimensions are accurate. Nice look and works well. Very pleased. I wish you could tell that the heat is on, but small complaint. Can use without the heater for ambiance. Make sure to support the front edge well, its a little weak on the bottom. GOOD : For the price, I feel like it is worth your money . Fits well and is nice looking. Fire looks good compared to other options. Heater is good but do not expect to heat up the room quickly. Packaged very good for shipping. Background is realistic. Easy to install. Not so good: The crackling mode is useless in my opinion. I’d like to see more flame options. I was really worried this fireplace would look totally cheap and sound even worse, but I am tired of using wood in my fireplace and thought I'd give it a try. I have been very impressed with the functionality and love the convenience. Often I don't use the heat and just like having the glow of the fire in the room. We had purchased this to put into our existing wood burning fireplace because upon purchase of our home, the home inspection deemed the fireplace unsafe to use without a very expensive fix. We then were exploring the idea of gas but chose to go with this electric fireplace. The cost, heat output, and usability all year round is what sold us. You can have the fire on without the heat source so this is perfect for a fire ambiance in the summer. Also, It doesn't get hot to touch so if our baby brushes up against it, it is not the end of the world. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking into an electric fireplace. The media could not be loaded. This fireplace insert was easy to install, lightweight, and, so far, works well. This insert fit very well into our fireplace. Love the sound and the lighting is reasonably realistic. The background colors are not quite up to par, but are okay. It arrived in good shape in a timely manner.
