My Jack Russel Pug is 27 lbs and destroys so many harnesses. The tightness doesn’t stay and I have to tighten it once a week which is why I gave it 4 stars. I always get him a medium and this is a big medium. He has warn this one for 3 weeks now and hasn’t torn it yet.

This fits great on my 50 lb pit/lab mix. I feel uncomfortable using just a collar on her for fear she will slip out or pull too hard. This harness is pretty good so far, she definitely needs to get used to it as it's a new fit but other than that it is great.

Eleven week old puppy needed a harness. We do not use collars. I found NOTHING locally and then went to Amazon. It's well made, sturdy, easy to put on (other harnesses pull over the dog's head), he looks "dashing" when he's wearing it. Exactly what we needed and the price was fantastic. Delivery in two days. We have long searched for a harness for our 2 yr old chocolate lab Lily. Lily's a rambunctious 2 yr old, full of energy, a sense of adventure, and lots of mischief. The harness is well made and the size/width of the webbing is perfect for a dog her size. The harness was easy to size to her, and she was comfortable wearing it. Then we left her in her crate for about an hour, and when we checked on her, she had chewed through it. Our bad. That being said, we'd like to try the step-in harness again and take more time letting her get used to it (under supervision!). Clearly it is a much better solution than just a traditional dog collar.
