I didn't realize how much my dig had grown since his last new harness, so it was too small but not to blame the seller at all. But I contacted Amazon directly to inquire about exchange for the next size up and they said they could only do a refund and I could order the desired product. Not unreasonable, so I wad fine with it. The guy asked if I wanted on my original form of payment or on my Amazon account for faster turn around on the funds. I told him that my Amazon account was fine, and that I used an Amazon gift card for the purchase. He affirmed that this would speed things up for sure. So we remained on the phone until we were sure details were clear. The next day, Monday I went to the ups store in my neighborhood with my package as well as 3 other packages that my friend asked me to drop off. Now I'm aware of Amazon's policy regarding how long refund may take, which is a tactic known as under promise and over deliver, to limit phone calls from p***'d off customers. That said, I have almost always been credited (when electing to refund my Amazon account) within a couple hours of ups scanning my return. I guess we can say it spoiled me, but even then I would have been more agreeable had they been able to explain why they were quoting me an estimated 2-3 weeks to get my credit, when my friend received fill refund to his credit card by the next morning. Noone would or could explain such a thing, the first agent was arrogant and off-putting, and when I asked for someone else he continued to speak as though I was trying to hustle him or something, I spoke to a supervisor who seemingly cared about the experience but still she was unable to answer this question. The call had been disconnected and I noticed that I missed 2 calls from Amazon customer service. I called back and spoke to a man who, after a brief hold tells me he was able to. On firm the completed return, amd that 7 to 10 dullness days I would get refunded to my original payment method. I became even more confused and frustrated given that this was different than information I was told just a few min earlier. Again, noone able to explain this issue. And to compound the lunacy of the entire situation he then tells me it will be refunded to my debit card, completely surprised by the ignorance and lack of willingness to help, the return was done, they have the harness, I paid with an Amazon gift card yet noone will do the correct thing to the correct account. As of today my account remains without my credit, I have no harness for my service dog, , the return status says only "return started" and after speaking with four people I am relegated to sitting on my hands waiting, for my that is supposedly going on to a debit that I did not use. Ifocussed i have always been fan of the customer focus and ease of interaction with Amazon. This while event was truly baffling, disappointing and even infuriating by the end. I literally had to hang up and talk myself down from an anxiety attack. I am disabled, I have a service dog with a broken harness and was treated like a second rate citizen during this entire fiasco. Worse part is. What can I possibly do about it. Nothing, they literally control the standard for ecommerse and I feel as though I would undoubtedly receive more of the same supercilious treatment if I were to pursue any further. All I wanted to do was exchange a size and instead find myself unable to comply with the guidelines for my service dog, and not one person was capable of explaining why this was such a debacle. I have since been singled out by store employees for not having my dog on a leash, sucks but I need groceries like everyone else. I'll just have to wait and see how long this actually take, but I wish i had other options, I am utterly turned off by this experience and will make every effort to avoid giving them any of my business in the future. 100 percent dissatisfied ... show more

I bought this vest for my daughters service dog and as soon as we put it on him, he instantly acted like he meant business, he was more alert and seemed to be a lot more comfortable and secure! He walks better in it, he lays down comfortably and it's so much easier to keep on him. It doesn't adjust about to fall off while he is working like others have in the past. It's truly the best we have ever had! 100% recommend and yes it does fit very well and you can adjust as needed for growth! He is 75 pounds and still growing, he is a Boxador which is half Lab and half Boxer so he will get much bigger. You do have to buy patches separately but we already had some. ... show more

I got lucky and nabbed one of the last Small or Extra Small harnesses before they removed them from their line up. I got it for my 10lb Chiweenie. The harness is sturdy, far tougher than it needs to be for my 10lb defender, but it suits him. The carry strap makes scooping him up a breeze, and the velcro areas leave plenty room for fun customization as you can see. There are 3 connect points for the leash as well. It’s a fun little harness that both looks awesome and is pretty damn bullet proof. There is one… and only one draw back so far. Be sure you’re dog has a long torso. My little chiweenie is long, BUT even with his length at a full-tilt run he bruised his little knees on the harness from contact with the rear plastic buckles. So we don’t let him go running in wide open spaces while wearing it to avoid hurting him. With that said, he likes wearing it. Also I feel a little better taking him potty at night. I know an Owl could still snatch him, but I feel this would offer some protection from the talons. I hope never to find out. Lol I wanna buy hi. Some little plastic pistols and holsters so he can pack heat on walks. ;P ... show more

This harness exceeded my expectations , especially for the price. I got the reflective orange for safety reasons in case my dog escaped. It seems to fit him comfortably. I will say that the XL size seemed a little big for my 2 year old German Shepherd but I was able to tighten it to fit him correctly. if you have a younger German Shepherd or similar dog then the Large size might be a better fit, but these harnesses are very adjustable so I was able to make the XL harness fit him just fine. the buckles on both sides make it a breeze to put on and take off. Seems to be well made of high quality products. XL fits my Sheprador (German Shepherd / Labrador mix) perfectly and he seems to like it better than his old harness. Bought this for my German Shepherd a little over a year ago, and we've since taken it through the Arizona desert, the California mountains, and the snowy North Idaho wilderness. My dog seems way more comfortable in this than a collar, and it protects him from cactus and stinging plants well. It also has a nice handle that allows me to carry him if he needs to be lifted over rough terrain (he's about 75lbs so the handle is pretty durable). It's also got plenty of velcro and MOLLE to attach SAR gear to. Highly recommended for anyone planning on taking their dog on more than a paved path walk. ... show more

I absolutely love this tactical vest for my dog. I have a large great Dane and it’s very hard to find vests that fit him. This one with the adjustability was perfect. It actually adjusted larger than it needed to be for a change first to be in the max most adjustable. I had a problem with the first one I ordered where a buckle head broken. I was allowed to return it before I even mailed it back. I had a new one to my door. The company sent me the wrong size by accident was able to return that one they got the right one sent to me.
