I have been using this for a few weeks now and it's great. Setup is a little intimidating but once you're through it and figure our the routine it's smooth sailing. Ink does not ship with the printer but is included. I just emailed the shipper when my printer arrived and they sent me the ink right away. Do know that the program requires a dongle to use it every time so that will take up one of the usb ports on your system. Also be aware there are DAILY and also WEEKLY maintenance routines to follow to keep your printer in good working condition. So far I am happy with this purchase. If you are looking for a home dtf printer this is a great purchase. Jacky Punehod and her team help me set up my printer. I had a few questions weeks after having my printer and they answered back quickly. I recommend Punehod. I am very glad I made the purchase.

I ordered this and it came quickly. DHL dropped it off without signature no fault of the seller on this but the delivery company. A different time zone was the biggest issue but overcame that and the printer is working and have had no issues in the 2 weeks of owning it.
