I’ve had this since April 8th, 2024. I’ve had numerous problems with it. DTF oven went out within 2 months, and the printer isn’t working now as of last week. Ink and paper/trash button are both blinking and customer support won’t reply(but we’re wonderful when I first got it). Don’t waste your money on this brand. The software setup was a bit tricky for me, I did watch the videos that came along with the printer but it goes by fast with just music, but I watched it a few times and read the book and figured it out. Worst purchase ever!! After 6 months it begin giving me errors and the company would only send me videos so I could see what to do. They never try to really help me fix it even thought it was under warranty. If I can do 0 stars I would do. Don't buy it!!

Software is very hard to set up but the tech people were extremely helpful getting us up and running. Mine came with one of the inks leaking and ruining the ink and paper but the company was more than willing to replace it rather than me having to send everything back.

Printer worked fine for a month and now has blinking lights on it that we cant get support for, the website provided for support says it doesnt exist so the printer is essentially unusable until the blinking light problem is fixed ... show more

Just got this Enjoycolor A3-R DTF PRINTERXXXXXX! It sucks with the installation! All the info is in Chinese and I can't even install the software! Then I read that this software does not allow you to print Customs!! Really?! What's the point? I have made all my designs custom and in Canva! This is going back!!! BUYERS BEWARE!! Spend your money on a machine that doesn't come from China!! GO WITH A USA BRAND, WHERE THEY ANSWER THE PHONE! YOU HAVE TO EMAIL THESE PEOPLE AND THEY ARE IN A DIFF TIME ZONE!!
