I have been using this for a few weeks now and it's great. Setup is a little intimidating but once you're through it and figure our the routine it's smooth sailing. Ink does not ship with the printer but is included. I just emailed the shipper when my printer arrived and they sent me the ink right away. Do know that the program requires a dongle to use it every time so that will take up one of the usb ports on your system. Also be aware there are DAILY and also WEEKLY maintenance routines to follow to keep your printer in good working condition. So far I am happy with this purchase. Transfers print fabulously and are great quality.

I do not like this printer, the software install keeps giving me an internet error when I am hooked up to the internet. And I keep calling technical support and they are not answering me. Also on amazon it keeps telling that I can not return this item. I will reach out to people to not buy this machine ever. Unless someone can keep before this weekend June 7th, 2024.

If you are looking for a home dtf printer this is a great purchase. Jacky Punehod and her team help me set up my printer. I had a few questions weeks after having my printer and they answered back quickly. I recommend Punehod. I am very glad I made the purchase.

It usually gets the job done but the white ink doesn’t always print correctly. It glitches at times as well but worth it for the price. Will likely upgrade to something more reliable.

SO no ink was ever sent as it says will be sent separately, if I could actually get ahold of customer service maybe they could fix the problem I've had since I got it. I can only use so much space before at the last inch to inch and a half of paper it ruins the print, I do daily cleaning and can't get ahold of seller to assist me with this. Would rate higher but lack of customer support and full use of printer stops that. unless your lucky or really tech savvy another printer might be a better choice. I will also mention none of the video links they send you work so the whole set up is rough.

I ordered this and it came quickly. DHL dropped it off without signature no fault of the seller on this but the delivery company. A different time zone was the biggest issue but overcame that and the printer is working and have had no issues in the 2 weeks of owning it.
