This thing did not protect my phone whatsoever. I have had to pay for 2 new screens. I have never had a broken screen with an otter box. It also discolored around the edges in brown. This case if okay, but very over priced. The bottom around the S Pen is very thin and it broke and it doesn't offer enough screen protection on the sides. I've only had this case about a month and a half.

I got my phone 36 days ago, and this case was for sale at a VZ auth dealer, soo ofc I'm going to assume that it's a good case. My phone fell from less than 3 feet up; I've never had a phone break this quickly. Paying $40 for a case is worth it; IF my phone is protected. We pay a lot of money for these phones, we'd like them to be protected. I did give 3 stars because my phone fell off the kitchen counter onto padded linoleum over concrete slab, it took a hard fall landing on the back, and the camera was safe. The front sides are just not high enough to protect the front screen. I know having edge to edge screen makes a case difficult to make, but the sides of this one are just a little too low. Wish I had paid closer attention to that. Thankfully VZ offers free screen repair with insurance! ... show more
