I am loving my drf printer already had 2 customers order prints from me! Plus being able to print from home and not need to order prints is 1000% worth it. Plus the customer service and the traning videos they give you makes everything so simple to follow! Plus they are always there for help if u need it.

I don’t generally leave negative reviews but my printer came with a faulty dongle with no rip software and no tutorial and maintenance dongle that was supposed to be included was not. I tried contacting customer service and all 4 calls were declined. Went to the website for tech support and finally figured out how to set up the machine. I’ve only printed 3 prints but each print took well over 10 minutes to print which does not seem normal. It feels as if the printer is a used or refurbished printer that was repackaged an sold as new. Likely returning it to look for better options.
