The printer came in early it came in well packaged easy to set up and my wife has been printing Non-Stop since she has gotten the printer we've had two hiccups but the customer service and their tech support team are amazing they walk you step by step through any problem you might have I recommend anybody that is starting out to get this printer you will not be disappointed

Love the printer. It works great but unhappy that my machine cover came broken and have not received a response back from the seller to get the cover replaced.

Let me do this review as a comparison to another one purchased. September 2025 through late December 2025, I bought a different dtf printer, it never worked. Difference with this one: customer support is all day not just 8 pm to 5 am ( I am a sleep). They were not rude when I needed the print driver. They stuck with me until I got my first successful print. Sent instructions for up keep, and told me they are there for me if I need them again. Customer service ftw! The color printed beautiful the first time. The ink is very reasonable compared to other. For a very small side business from a high pressure job, this is the printer. I will recommend them to all my crafting friends. UPDATE: this company continues to impress me. I ordered ink, worried I would run out before it would arrived. They not only answered me on what to do once low, but my ink will be here today 🥰
