its good put you have to add suction thing to floor that you cant take off and every time you hit it, it squkes ALL THE TIME is really annyoing, its really good for the price. the punching is also good but every time you punch up (upercut), the height goes up the assembly is very easy. This freestanding punching bag is a great addition to my home workout setup. The spring at the base works really well, allowing the punching ball to quickly snap back into place after each hit. It makes training feel smooth and keeps the rhythm going while practicing punches. I also like the adjustable height feature. Being able to adjust it from about 54 to 63 inches makes it suitable for different users, so teens and adults in my home can all use it comfortably. It’s great for improving hand-eye coordination, speed, and accuracy, and it definitely helps release stress after a long day.     • Good punching bag. Easy to set up. Versatile, but requires the use of a hard floor.
This is a good quality punching bag that also came with some nice gloves. It can be adjusted for height. It needs a hard surface to set it up. It uses suction against the floor. It doesn't work well unless the floor is smooth. It also came with a couple of pads that can be stuck to the floor in the spot I want it to be in so that it can get a better suction again rougher surfaces. It bounces back when you hit it. The bag is inflatable. It doesn't hurt my hands to hit it, but it did come with some gloves for it. It is very easy to assemble. The directions made sense , and are easy to follow. This would do well in basement, garage, or hardwood floor. It does ok on my tile too. I think it is a fair value for the money. It doesn't take up much room. It can be taken down between uses so that it is out of the way until I want to use it. It came with a handheld pump to inflate the bag. I like the black color. The bag seems tough. The media could not be loaded. I snagged this ounching bag for my 3 boys! It is an amazing addition to our kitchen! My wife loves the fact that there is a punching bag in the kitchen. The rhythmic beat of them hitting it helps her get dinner cooked soo much faster. Boxers need fuel you know! Not one dish has been broken yet! My boys reflexes are soo good since they have been practicing with this punching bag that they are quick enough to snag them before the hit the travertine.
