The media could not be loaded. This punching bag was super easy to assemble, it took me about 5 minutes. For the price, it’s a great value! We filled the base with water, and it’s heavy enough for my younger child ( 8 years old ) not to tip or move it when playing. My older son, who works out regularly, can easily knock it over, so it’s definitely more of a toy for kids than serious equipment. I might try filling the base with sand next time for added weight. Still, my younger son had so much fun kicking and punching it! It’s perfect for kids to burn some energy indoors or outside. Would recommend if you’re buying for a child. ... show more
