This is by far the most beautiful and natural looking Christmas tree I have ever had. I especially love that the “trunk” is wood tone and not green, which really helps it look natural. It’s so full, it doesn’t even require much fluffing. We are Christmas fanatics and very particular about our decor. This is just one of many Christmas trees we put up, but the only flocked one. This is the fifth year we’ve had this tree and it still looks just as good as the first. In fact, I love it so much, I usually undecorate it and just leave it up for a while because it looks beautiful in front of the window, especially when there’s snow on the ground outside in the background. I wanted to like this because it’s a family-owned company. But yeah no. Zero stars. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. The tree came and was supposed to be wrapped in bubble wrap. It wasn’t. Then - unsurprisingly, the lights didn’t work. They don’t have costumer service - they don’t take calls - they want you to email and then they get back to you at their convenience. (Weekdays between 9:30 and 3:30). They ask for multiple proofs that you bought the tree. A “full invoice” (they don’t provide an invoice and Amazon’s receipt doesn’t work for them), photos and if they have to mail you replacements for their parts that arrived broken, you have to pay for shipping. The media could not be loaded. The tree is gorgeous! This is my favorite tree I purchased on Amazon. It looks realistic and I love the shape it’s not super full, but this is the look that’s in right now and it gives you so much more area to decorate.. as far as frosted tree goes, the shedding is minimal. As a former Neiman Marcus fashion consultant, I'm very picky. I've been looking for a realistic looking tree for years but they all were way out of my price range. We were pleasantly surprised at this tree! It's so gorgeous that we had already bought a live tree and we're planning on buying an artificial tree when they went on sale, but when we pulled this out we ended up taking down the live tree and using this! You can see the live tree in the background in the picture LOL. We were concerned with so much of the base showing with the style of a tree, but it's not like those cheap trees that have the fake grass on the base. IDK what it's made of, but it kinda looks like wood with a light flocking. Yes the flocking came off a bit, but honestly we were looking for a tree that was lightly flocked anyway...and it didn't come off much. It was fairly easy to put up. I love the way that the bottom parts, you just pull the limbs down, shape the branches a bit, and voila! The one caveat that I have is that it has incandescent lights instead of LED lights. I did not realize people make trees with incandescent lights anymore. And then a whole section in the bottom right of my tree in the pictures has no lights because a bulb must be out. We noticed when we first plugged each section in that there were a lot of light bulbs out. Once we got it up, we realized an entire section of lights is out on the lower right (see photo). Contacted Puleo so I'll update once we see how that resolve it. So that's extremely disappointing. But eventually we'll probably replace these with LED lights. We'll see what the power bill is over the holidays. All in all, we're pleased with it and feel like we got a great price. If you Google lens this and search for similar 7.5' trees, they sell as much as $450! Buy it! ... show more
