Bought this tree after Christmas last year having grown tired of setting up, taking down and storing my 7.5' tree! Living in our small 800 sf cabin I wanted a smaller tree to take up less space, saw this one that looked perfect! Unpacking it out of the box (and honestly not expecting too much) I was very pleasantly surprised at the weight and sturdiness of this tree! Super easy to set up and beautifully flocked. My only " complaint" may be a very uncommon one, but for the size of the tree I wish there would have been ( gasp....) LESS lights! They are beautiful but SUPER white and bright! The lights are not a warm light that I thought they would be. I am still very happy with this tree, loving the sparser and irregular appearance that makes it look like a real tree. It looks so beautiful on its own I did not want to clutter it up with too many ornaments so chose to keep it simple. Overall would highly recommend! ... show more

UPDATE: Our “fix” of the bottom branches didn’t hold up well. Their customer service agent responded quickly and sent me a replacement for the bottom section. Thank you Amber! I really liked the shape of the tree. Flocking was heavier than the photos showed, but only a little fell off when I was fluffing the branches. There were a few "upside down branches" in which the needles faced downward. After twisting them right side up, I realized the completely green underside was now facing up so they didn't match the tree. The wiring was wrapped around some of the branches so that I couldn't separate them. I was finally able to unwind the wires but now they hang loose. The important part was that the two bottom rows of branches had very loose hinges so that they were resting on the floor and wouldn't stay up. I was going to ask for replacement but we were able to bend the thick wire part of each branch near the trunk so that they stayed up. You expect that from a years old artificial tree, but shouldn't have to deal with it in a new one. I am keeping the tree but it was not a great experience trying to make it look ok. I will purchase some flocking material and fix the green parts as well. ... show more

(-1/2 star for the odor!) I am absolutely amazed that an artificial tree looks this good! It set up in minutes, the branch zhuzhing takes time- but it was easy for me to do by myself. The odor is weird- chemical- stinky! It’s worn off after 3 days, but out of the box, it’s gnarly. It looks like the real flocked noble fir trees I’ve been buying for the past 6 years. For a fraction of the cost! I haven’t even decorated it yet, and it’s really beautiful as is!! (I’ll get to it!) the warm white lights are plenty bright, The flocking looks real- not gloppy or clumpy - placed on the branches correctly, and the branches are sturdy enough to hold my collection of Furlong porcelain angels! There are plenty of branches to hold lots of ornaments. 6 1/2 feet is perfect size so I don’t need to get on a ladder to put my angel on top! Now, let’s see how long it lasts.. (I tried an artificial tree one time over 10 years ago and hated it, so this is quite a switch!) I will add scentsicles for that Christmas tree fragrance! I wanted to like this because it’s a family-owned company. But yeah no. Zero stars. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. The tree came and was supposed to be wrapped in bubble wrap. It wasn’t. Then - unsurprisingly, the lights didn’t work. They don’t have costumer service - they don’t take calls - they want you to email and then they get back to you at their convenience. (Weekdays between 9:30 and 3:30). They ask for multiple proofs that you bought the tree. A “full invoice” (they don’t provide an invoice and Amazon’s receipt doesn’t work for them), photos and if they have to mail you replacements for their parts that arrived broken, you have to pay for shipping. I had been looking at getting a new artificial Christmas tree and had looked at several different companies. I was seriously considering King of Christmas because they had a tree that looked sparse and that was the look I was going for, but it was very pricey, even on sale. I found an article from the NYT which had a list of the best artificial trees, and they mentioned this one as the best budget option. I originally ordered the unflocked 7.5' version for my front room and loved it. Then I bought the 4' flocked version to put next to my fireplace, and I loved it so much that I returned the unflocked tree and got the 7.5' flocked one. I did not fluff it much because I wanted it to look more sparse, but of course now it looks really full once I added all of my ornaments. One of the best aspects is the trunk, which has a coating on it that makes it look more like a real tree. The lights are not yellow like a flocked tree I had seen at Home Depot. They are a warm white which is what I wanted. I 100% recommend this tree. The only thing that could make this tree better is if they had an 8' version. ... show more

Nice tree. Some of the flocking did come off, but not enough to really make a diference. Setup was easy and fairly quick. Looked really good when lit and great after the decorations were added. It was also easy to packup and store in the origional box. We should have this for several years to come.

I'm replacing a little 3-ft tree with this one and it's absolutely gorgeous and perfect for my little corner. I bought it after Christmas but I think I'll leave it up with no ornaments for a while.
