The tree is pretty, but it’s incorrectly advertised. The listing states the tree has “Insta-Shape memory wire”, which is literally the only reason we went with this tree over other options, but it does not actually have this feature. Unfortunately I purchased this tree last year and only opened it today so I wasn’t aware of this until now and Amazon said they’re unable to do anything to help. My husband purchased a live tree last year for our first year in our new home so when this tree came in we stored it in the attic. When we set it up today it took over an hour to fluff the tree, and a section of lights on the bottom isn’t working. Save your money and get another option, this one is not even close to worth the price for what you get. Yes, it’s pretty, but you can get a pretty tree for $100 somewhere else because this one is nothing special and certainly not worth 5x that much. I’m incredibly upset with Amazon for not having any options available to help with this. As a holiday item I feel like there should be some kind of option as it’s not too far out of the ordinary for someone to wait to use a tree until the next year. ... show more
