I live in Oregon, so I decided it was time to get a pair of Uggs since it's what everyone wears around here! I was not disappointed with these boots, they are comfortable, warm and seem really well made. I do wish they had half sizes, since I'm a size 8.5 but based on the customer reviews, I sized up to a nine. These boots to fit well, especially if I've got thicker socks on, but they are a smidge big, which does mean I've gotta watch myself a little so I don't trip. Hasn't been an issue, and I wear a wide based walking shoe, so I'm pretty used to having a larger shoe base. I do think a size 8 would have been too tight. I got some waterproofing spray to treat these, since there is a good likelihood that I'll be wearing them in the snow or wet. They took the spray very well and it didn't change the color. These seem like really quality made boots so I'm sure I'm going to get a lot of wear out of them! ... show more

Long term this is a comfy warm durable boot. This is my second year with this boot. It will be handle a third winter. This year it handled IceCrete and survived!

Just wanted to come here and review these, I purchased Nov 2019 Today is March 2026. I love these things I wear them all winter in all weather. I live in New England and we were slammed with snow (no I did not wear these to shovel) this season and the boots have no water marks or stains, I actually spilt blueberry on the boot yesterday and wiped it off with a sanitizer wipe and there is no stain or anything. I did add an insert a couple years ago and that made them much more comfortable Just wanted to give them 👍 not many things do I still wear/use from 2019 ... show more

I recently got the Koolaburra by UGG Women's Koola Short Boot, and I’m really happy with how comfortable and warm they are. They have that classic UGG-style cozy feel but at a more affordable price point. Comfort & Fit: The boots are super soft inside with plush lining that keeps your feet warm during cold weather. They fit true to size and are easy to slip on and off, making them perfect for casual wear. The short boot design is versatile and looks great with jeans or leggings. The suede exterior gives them a nice, casual-chic vibe, and they come in several neutral colors. While the boots feel comfortable, I do worry about their long-term durability compared to classic UGGs. The sole is decent but not as rugged for heavy snow or wet conditions. Not much to say, other than I have purchased this color and style (Koolaburra) before and in comparison to those previous Uggs, when these newbies arrived they appear to be just as nice as my previous pair. The quality and comfort of the Koolaburra Uggs are surprisingly high in my opinion. I had my previous pair for many seasons and I'll admit, I abused them and yet, they held up well! I mean, I never treated them with waterproofing and they still looked pretty darn good. I am expecting the same this time around with my new boots and I will be waterproofing them this time *wink. When I got my new pair, I was impressed by the packaging and these seem to be made with a lot of care. It also helped too that when I purchased my Koolaburra Uggs this time, they were on major sale! SCORE! Personally, I think you can get the Koolaburra Uggs, save a bunch of money and get exactly the same quality, style and comfort as the old fashioned non-vegan boots. I absolutely LOVE these boots. They're so comfortable and warm. They're true to size and fit great. I hate taking them off honestly because they're like walking on a cloud. If you want an UGG boot without the UGG price, definitely buy these, you won't be disappointed.

It was time to replace my old boots, I love the UGG and bearpaw style so my friend told me that kookaburra was also a good product to look at, as she has worn hers for 4 years. I found these on sale so I HAD to jump on it, they showed up less than 24 hours later and they are perfect. They feel great wearing them and they look great. You should treat this type of material with the protective spray, for rain or snow to keep them looking nice but otherwise they are worth it. For sizing, I'm a 7.5 and I got 8 and I can still wear thick socks and they don't feel too tight. I highly recommend if you are looking for a good functional pair of boots that look nice and keep you warm. 10/10 ... show more
