I am blown away by this tree! It is such a great width—so many other trees I was looking at were so incredibly wide, they wouldn’t fit in my space. This is the perfect proportion. Extremely easy to set up, I did it by myself in less than an hour. It looks fantastic!

I LOVE this tree. It’s the perfect size and looks more authentic than a lot of other fake trees. It arrived without the screws to secure the base and one of the lights was broken on the top, which made the section not light. However they include a lot of extra lights so once we replaced the broken light it was fine. I emailed them about the screws and they immediately responded offering to ship me out the screws. Bought a 10 ft Puleo tree with lights October of 2023. Great looking tree. We don't box it at the end of the season we put it back up in our basement for protection. It is now Nov 2025 so we have put it up for 2 years and when we plugged it in for this year a day later the 3rd section of the tree failed to light. Read the directions for checking bulbs and fuses - no solution. To no surprise lights are only warranted for 2 years. I did get an extended warranty but it was for 3 years that started the day of purchase so in essence it was a 1 year warranty which expired yep - a month ago. I was able to jerry rig a strand of lights and the tree still looks good. Called Puleo and left a message but no return call. It gets 1 Star because it is a good looking tree but I imagine I will be losing lights from now on and their customer service doesn't seem to answer. I am guessing over two years of use the tree was lit for 80 days maybe for 6 hrs a day = 480 hours. ChatGPT claims average miniature lights last 1,000-2,000 hours. Beware. ... show more

Easy set up. Beautiful tree. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is we have about 2 feet of the tree that is just slightly less lit than the rest. You don’t really notice unless you stare at the tree. Could just be the one I got. Still though, great product for the price.

This is an excellent quality artificial tree. The fluffing of the branches was not as difficult or time consuming as I anticipated. The white lights are bright and plentiful. The size is perfect for my small space. I am very happy with this purchase!

The tree is pretty but after putting in storage in a nice bag perfectly folded, half the lights don’t work when we removed from bag a year later.
