This is a well designed, well made chair. It is easy to assemble and very comfortable. It is a dual motor lift chair, with separate buttons on the remote to control the backrest and the footrest. It will recline to lay flat. It has both heat and massage, which are controlled by a separate second remote. It has two cup holders and two pockets. Unfortunately, after only a few days of use a piece of wood at the bottom of the backrest, where it attaches to the seat, splintered and broke. As a result, the backrest came loose and was no longer held in place properly. A representative named Alan Hughes responded quickly to my request for service. He assured me that the problem was covered by warranty, and he arranged to have a new backrest shipped to me. Within a week I received and installed it, and the chair was functional again. I would recommend this chair and this company.

I would recommend to anyone that has a family member or a loved one that struggles and has a difficult time getting in and out of chairs to invest in a chair similar to this it’s got dual motors which means she’s able to work the foot rest and the backrest at the same time or independently it’s extremely comfortable. It’s got nine different massage points from ankles to the back of the neck and it’s a lift chair it lifts you up so that you don’t have to try to strain to get up if you’re a senior I bought it for my mother for Christmas. She fell in love with it. She sleeps in it constantly because it’s so comfortable, it lays completely flat, (like a bed), which was a request that I had and it’s big enough for her to sleep in because she’s a tiny little thing but it’s an extremely well built chair! putting it together was A huge relief it required no tools, And was put together in probably a little less than 10 minutes. I’m almost tempted to buy a second one for myself.

I think I picked the right color with this dark gray. I’ve been to the recliner stores and felt like I would be selling anyone looking for a good quality chair short if I didn’t honestly review this recliner, the massage feature with the heat is above par, it’s a very sturdy platform with adjustable feet for fine tuning. I am very comfortable with the benefit this chair provides and the prices is just right and hundreds less than the those other chairs I see on occasion sitting at the curb for pick up by the recycler. I will have to get a little end table which I’ve picked out all ready need a place for the coffee cup, the cup holder I sure will allow your large favorite big gulp drink with ease. This is my first recliner and have sat in many but just couldn’t pull the trigger on getting one. Well I’m so glad I chose this chair. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is my rating and my wallet thinks so too..

Buying this chair off the net was a little scary for me. Being such a large item I was very concerned with having to return it if I didn’t like it. No problem! Before I go on I have to say, shipping was fantastic. I received the chair 5 days before it was due. My other concerns were quickly laid aside. The first one being the ease of assembly. After reading the directions very carefully, it was easy to assemble, even with my limited physical condition. The assembly method is very strong and foolproof. Hooking up all the electrical components was also a piece of cake. Did I mention that I actually read the directions which were very simple to follow. Next on the list was the testing. All the parts moved that were supposed to, exactly as advertised. The massage was outstanding with a little added heat it was beyond comprehension! I only slept for four hours and was extremely rested. This chair is very well made. It looks great and fits into our living room perfectly. Having past all the tests with flying colors I have to say this is probably the best recliner I have ever owned and I would recommend it to anyone. I am absolutely sure it is going to give me long and efficient service. Customer service has been better than I have ever dealt with right from the beginning, all the way from receiving to assembled product.

The chair was shipped in 3 separate boxes that were not delivered together. However, there was no damage to the chair in shipping. Assembly instructions are easy to understand and took less than 15 minutes assemble and connect. The most difficult part of the assembly was lifting the parts out of the shipping boxes. Connections just snap together and lock into place for security. The chair is ultra comfortable; soft and just firm enough to not sink into the seat. Convenient wire loops to hold up wires for remotes are located on each side of the chair over deep pockets for reading material, remotes etc. The back cushion and footrest work independently. Massage is strong and the heat feature is significant. I'm over 300 lbs. and the chair has no trouble lifting me to an almost standing position. Customer service has been proactive in the shipping process and has followed-up to make sure the assembly went well. Looking forward to years of comfort from this chair.

The chair is of disappointing quality and feels cheaply made. For the $900 price tag, I regret not purchasing from a reputable furniture store instead. It’s flimsy, lacks sturdiness, and unfortunately broke within the first two weeks of use — the reclining function no longer works. To make matters worse, the customer service has been extremely poor. I was assured a replacement chair, but never received any follow-up or resolution. strongly recommend saving your money and avoiding the mistake I made. I purchased this chair as a Father’s Day gift for my dad, and unfortunately, it doesn’t live up to the product description. The massage function is unreliable — it works poorly when it does work, and often doesn’t function at all.
