Description
In contrast to thimbles, the sewing rings do not have the closed tip and therefore have punctiform notches on the side, which allows the needle to be pushed sideways. It has the sewing rings made of silver-colored steel. A brim on the lower edge of the sewing ring prevents the needle from slipping off and, like a thimble, provides additional protection when sewing.
