  • Be seen, stay dry
Size: Medium Color: Reflective
This jacket is super-highly visible! Several drivers have rolled down their windows to tell me how easy it was to see me. I wear it on walks or while running errands in addition to on the bike. The jacket size is accurate and comfortable. Keeps me dry during the Pacific NW rainy months. The arm pit zippers help with ventilation and are really welcome. ... show more

  • Love/Hate Relationship with the Proviz Reflect360
Size: Large Color: Reflective
Recently bought the Proviz Reflect360 jacket so that I could be more visible in the dark while riding my bike to and from work during the winter months. I will start of by saying that I have a “love/hate” relationship with the Proviz Reflect360 and that all the other reviews you’ve read about it are true, both the Good and the Bad. I would just like to emphasize a few areas of those reviews. The Good I would probably say “The Great”. This jacket is extremely reflective. My first day wearing the jacket while riding in the dark, a guy that had driven passed me pulled over and wanted to speak with me. He asked about my “crazy jacket”. I told him about the jacket, then asked him how bright it was. He answered that he could “See me more than a ¼ mile away”, and that I was “ALL LIT UP!!!”. He was very interested in the jacket and wanted to know where I bought it, how much it cost and how it fit. This was exactly why I had bought the jacket. After having too many close calls while riding in the dark, this man’s comments were exactly what I wanted to hear. The Bad I had read reviews that said the breathability of this jacket is poor. That is an understatement. This jacket is a sauna. It does not breath at all. Yes, it has vents across the back below the shoulder, armpit vents and then as a last resort, you can unzip the front to allow more air in. It doesn’t do enough. At the end of every one of my rides, I have to turn the jacket inside out to allow it to dry out. It is dripping wet. My morning rides are cool with the temperatures in the hi 40’s/mid 50’s F and my evening rides are in the hi 50’s F. I understand that everyone has different levels of how much they sweat, but his jacket is a sauna. I would say that the comfort level for wearing this jacket for a ride would be the low 50’sF or less. Anything above and you start noticing that your arms and body are sweating and you need to cool off. Unzipping the front and the armpits does very little if anything to help. In fact, on a recent ride, I unzipped the front and my glasses fogged up. Yes, it’s that bad. Some other minor items I noticed is that the jacket is somewhat heavy and stiff for cycling. That’s as a result of all the tiny glass beads that are attached to the material giving you that fantastic reflectivity. What this means is that you’re not going to be able to take it off and store it rolled up in the back pocket of your jersey. Maybe in a backpack, but not a jersey. Conclusion As I mentioned earlier, I have a “love/hate” relationship with this jacket. I really love how safe it makes me feel knowing that motorists can see me. This is comforting not only to me but also to my wife and family. What I’m struggling with is how hot this jacket is. It is a mobile sauna. If you’re a wrestler wanting to cut weight, then the Proviz Reflect360 is for you. If you’re riding in temp’s in the low 50’s or colder, then you should be fine. I know that this jacket is offered in a more breathable version, the Reflect360+, but the cost is over 2X. It’s also offered in a vest, but I like having the added reflectivity in my arms. I want as much of me to be seen by motorists as possible. Am I glad I bought it? That’s a great question. How do you answer a love/hate situation. What would be great is a version of the Reflect360 that had removable arms by zipping them off. ... show more

  • Super reflective jacket
Size: Medium Color: Reflective
Fits well . Have used only once , that's why 4 out of 5 on value for $$. Suprised/amazed how reflective the jacket is. Lights up brightly as if you have a zillion led lights .

  • Proviz Reflective Jacket
Size: Large Color: Reflective
I bought the jacket not so much for athletic reasons, but just to have a flashy jacket to wear during the chilly days. Trust me when I say that this jacket is NOT for Spring and early Fall! The minute you put this jacket on you will start sweating and that's mainly because of the mesh interior. You gotta understand that this jacket is not so much for style/casual wearing. It is meant to be worn as an athletic/cycling jacket. You have been warned. Good thing it has zip openings under the armpits to keep you cool and they do help! Now for the sizing, this jacket runs somewhat small. My guess is that under the armpits where it has zips tends to ride up and that might cause some mild discomfort for some. I returned the jacket for a bigger size. I usually wear a Medium in outerwear. Im 170lbs, 5'10-5'11 and the size Medium felt small under the armpits which caused mild discomfort and for the price I wanted to get a jacket that i felt comfortable with, so I returned it for a bigger size (Large) and it feels way more comfortable. Good jacket, but overpriced in my opinion. If you want it just for casual wearing then wear it during late Fall & Winter. For athletic reasons you really can't go wrong. ... show more

  • Great Utility | Poor Craftmanship
Size: Medium Color: Reflective
The utility of the product is great, but the craftsmanship is quite poor. I spent $120+ on a jacket that arrived with parts that were already falling apart fresh out of the box. Both fasteners on the sleeves to help create a tight fit around your wrists arrived unglued from the jacket and were essentially unusable. ... show more

  • The reflective qualities are excellent!. In fact Amazing
Size: X-Large Color: Reflective
Bought this for early morning dog walks and potentially road biking. The reflective qualities are excellent!. In fact Amazing! When light hits the jacket it goes 3D and reflection literally pops off the jacket. The material is thicker and the jacket weight is heavier than expected. I bought extra large b/c others said is was smalled size. I'm female 5"3 -175 lbs and wear large most times (hard to admit), So, a meatball I am. In any event, it's very roomy in the body and I can wear a hoodie under the jacket. Arms are about 4 inches too long, which also allows me to tuck my hands on cold mornings, perhaps that's a plus. The length is good to cover my rump. I probably won't wear it biking, for I will become a parachute. I certainly use discretion when I wear this, it is not fitted enough for the New York runway, but is perfect for safety and roomy enough for adding some under-layers. I haven't had a need to open unarm zippers to release heat , not able to comment on that yet. A few design flaws: No hip pockets , the wrist bands don't tighten small enough. A second cinch cord the waste would have been an perfect added feature to adjust for a less baggy fit. There is a cinch cord at the bottom, which ends up below my rump b/c I'm short. If you are tall, you may be happy with it. Hope that helps. ... show more
