We just purchased a house with an inground pool and I’m super excited to be able to use this outside, so people don’t have to go in the house to rinse off. We also camp a lot and will be taking this along with us for convenient hot water. I like that it came all put together and we just have to connect the water hose and propane take for it to work. It is well made and has all the parts needed to be installed. I like the fact that it heats in just 5 seconds and has powerful waterflow. With it only weighing 18 lbs. it makes it easy to take along with us anywhere. Love that it has built in safety features like overheat protection, dry-burning prevention, flame fault detection, anti-freeze protection, low-flow water protection, and high-pressure protection. These safety features make me feel much more comfortable using this.

first of all, this thing is *huge* it's waaaaay bigger than expected. not sure the ad gave proper dimensions. this is almost three feet tall and almost two feet wide. i'm used to the smaller camping style water heaters that can be easily moved and stored, this thing is an absolute beast. it didn't come with the hanger it shows in the ad, though there are some special screws for a permanent set up, which i don't need. the adapters don't allow standard hose connections, i have to go get a female to female adapter to hook up a garden hose. the buttons and knobs are all thoughtfully placed, the igniter is not right next to the propane inlet and the batteries are no right under a water inlet like my other camp water heater, so thats good. but i'm really bummed this doesn't have the proper fittings or the hanger i needed. the shower head is cheap, so for the price of this thing, i'm surprised. it doesn't have an on/off switch on the shower head either, it's just constantly on once the water is running, not good. means i have to turn the water off at the spigot, inconvenient. though, i plan to install a regular hose spray nozzle to it with variable speed, for this price, i would expect better quality to begin with. i'll come back and update on longevity and consistency, but for now, i feel this is over priced and way too bulky for what it really is. UPDATE: 5.15.25 - stopped working after TWO showers. not only am i disappointed, I'M TICKED OFF. this thing was not cheap, cost me even more money in acquiring proper adapters all to NOT WORK within days of being used. pathetic garbage. less stars if i could ANOTHER UPDATE! - this thing miraculously started working again, i dont know what's going on. nothing changed in between today and yesterday, so i really don't know what happened. i tried everything yesterday to make this thing work and it wouldn't so i know it's not user error. but i'm grateful it started working again, because i really need it and i was really excited for this large unit to supply the amount of water needed, unlike other models. take from all this what you will, but i'm hesitant to give back another star until i can see it consisitenly performing as it's intended.

Was very easy to set up on my camper. Is very lightweight also is not bulky and easy to handle by one person. Comes with everything you need. I don't have hot water for our outdoor shower so this heater worked great and keeps the water nice and hot. It gives you great water pressure also.

This hot water heater is pretty cool. I used it to heat water for my small pool in my yard. It was ready for the kids fast! I can't wait to use it in my garage this winter for cleaning up after we cut up meat. It's going to work good.

Appeared to function normally during first use… But there was a micro leak (not visible during daylight, barely visible in the dark) in the gas inlet line that fried the wiring above. Tried to return as defective, but was denied. Advice: Whichever propane, outdoor, tankless heater you choose - use a high durability teflon tape on EVERYTHING that has threads! And pay close attention to hoses and fittings! Even when it’s a manufacturing defect, you won’t be able to return it… 😖

Having hot water on demand while camping is more important than you realize until you need it. This one is priced decent, quality seems to be on par with other brands, and set up is pretty straightforward. I wish it heat up a bit faster but that's asking a lot for a propane portable heater. The size is not small but unit itself is light and easy to move around. We gonna be using it once in a while so hoping it last a long time.

Lightweight for its size and perfect for my promaster vanlife build. It heats water in ample time and is same quality as the name brands but less price. Stop having cold water in class b campers. These are so simple and fast.
