A few things to note, although it comes with pipe it would be best to get a lot of the correct diameter to install so you have enough to vent it properly as well as have a cap and spark arrestor (not required but just in case) The unit comes with enough pipe to install it in a one story if it is high enough on the wall or a tiny home, camper, RV etc. The unit is well priced and pretty powerful. As long as you don't fill 2 tubs at once or something crazy you should have enough hot water for a small to medium sized single family home. If you add a hot water recirculation pump it can probably handle a medium to largish home without a problem. The unit is relatively large but I like the size. I think you're getting a lot of value for the dollar. As far as installation goes, it took a few hires and unless you are familiar with running propane I would hire a professional just in case. I just got this and replaced my old with the new. This works perfect and has no problems heating up. It maintains temp as it should and functions well. Ive had no problems with leaking at all but that's also the installer as well. It was easy to install and I didn't even use the directions because its common sense. It is well made and very durable in relation to its paint and thickness of metal used in construction.

If you have been shopping around for an LPG tankless water heater, you may have crossed path with some priced at several $100's and even more than $1000! Reason why I would recommend one of this for starters. It claims to deliver 4.21 GPM (gallons per minute) anywhere between 95°F and 149°F (adjustable). So in terms of cost/efficiency, it's a good option. This is designed for indoor use and it's easy to install. The digital display gives this heater a modern appearance and easy to read. It includes everything needed to install including vent conduits. The installation of products like this will significantly lower the electric bill. A few years ago, my average monthly bill was over $200, this year it's $124! Probably a few dollars lower when using this heater in one of our bathrooms for showering.

This propane tankless water heater features steady temperature control and many safety features, including a flame failure device, anti-freeze protection (which I am not sure will ever be needed indoors), and an overheat protection. It operates with as little as 3.6 PSI of water pressure, delivering up to 4.21 gallons of hot water per minute. With a maximum temperature rise of 149°F, this unit is designed exclusively for use with liquid propane, with no retrofit kit for Natural Gas included. We are installing it in an outdoor campground shower that many campers may use continuously. We have other brands, but they don't heat the water as hot as this one does. I am excited to no longer hear complaints of lukewarm or slow hot water. Our biggest challenge will be venting it outdoors. The LED digital display allows for simple temperature adjustment from 95°F to 149°F, giving you easy temp control.
