Work well, but i found the plastic base does not hold the glass tube securely. Did not tip over but it starts to leans to the side which makes me Leary that it will fall. Kept a close eye on it.

In Pennsylvania where are only allowed to brew wine and beer so it's absolutely necessary that while brewing Spirits one does not rise above a certain proof. This is a God's sent to have to keep me within the limits of the law.

First hydrometer broke after 1st use. Company replaced it at no charge, but I am worried it is made from very thin material.

Works as advertised. Best feature is the glass testing tube, but be careful, if the tube tips over it will shatter.

It's pretty much what it says on the tin. The hydrometer is simple, functional, and accurate enough for my purposes. The yeast is more than I'll use in a long time at home, but it's keeping well.

The yeast worked off great, probably the best I've ever used. The hydrometer is inaccurate, it's off about 7% even after temperature adjustment.

Box was sealed when it arrived but package inside was not it was open, The Collector or vile whichever you prefer does not fit the base it'll go a little over 3/4 of the way and then stop, it leans, as far as the yeast I pitched it over a week ago and it doesn't fully dissolve and or break down,this has super-kleer in it for 48hrs now... ... show more
