Dont rush as you are filling. press down the material into ALL the nooks and crannies. this bag has 6 seams going from the bottom to top. slowly work the material along the seams so they arent deflated. the seams are essentially "weak spots" so its important to have material in those areas to give it structure.

Great for all kinds of punches, head movement and foot work. There are so many options for training with this bag. We put it to the test with a whole gym of guys preparing to box in amateur boxing smoker. Everyone loves this bag. It has proven extremely durable and I love knowing I am training with and supporting one of the few companies that make products in the USA. AWESOME QUALITY! Made in USA! I am a Boxing and MMA practitioner for over 30 years. I have used close to a hundred different punching bags over the years. PROLAST Boxing Punching Bags (and I personally own three (3!!!) of them) are one of the best on the market. I wish they were not as expensive, but you pay for VERY HIGH QUALITY, so it is worth it.

You will likely need to remove some of the fabric stuffing. Mine came in and weighed 96 lbs. I removed 36 lbs. of fabric to make it 60 lbs. which wasn’t much. It didn’t change the quality of the bag. It was plenty stiff. Good quality cover and stitching.

This thing is definitely bigger then it looks in the pics!! Lol.. And feels a lot heavier then 80lbs. More like 100lbs But it does the job. Definitely durable and well crafted. Great product for beginners to intermediate!
