bad backlight-bad warranty-no contact info

The media could not be loaded. At first, the backlight worked poorly, but I thought I could live with it. Then it quickly failed completely. Too late to return through Amazon, so I looked at the "warranty" page in the booklet, which the index showed as being on page 16. Page 16 is a blank page. There is NO contact info available on the packaging, other than an apparent physical address in China. After contacting the seller through Amazon, they did give a full refund.
