I have pretty bad plantar fasciitis in one of my feet. I've tried different shoes, inserts, massages, stretches, etc with little success. I'm a nurse that works 11hr days, the pain was crippling. I was skeptical about buying another insert that probably wouldn't work, but I read the positive reviews, and for the price, I thought why not. I bought these because I have plantar fasciitis in one of my feet, newly diagnosed. Definitely don’t put these in your shoes and begin to wear them all day, your feet will be very unhappy with you. Start by wearing them for a couple hours and then gradually increase the amount of time. With that said, once your feet get adjusted, they are pretty supportive. What I like best is they are made to be put on top of the insole already in your shoe, and can easily be transferred from one pair of shoes to another ... show more

I have been a big believer in inner sole replacements for years because I spend so much time on my feet, and when my wife started complaining about having pain in her heal and angle area of her foot I suggested she try a heal and arch support insert. These insoles have provided a lot of pain relief. I’m a year out from an ankle surgery that was extensive. I twisted my ankle a few months back and started having pain from my heel up my shin.
