The bottling wand works exactly as expected, however the only problem is that one of the washers was broken, which affects the seal while using... Amazon only gives me the option to refund or replace the ENTIRE thing, when only one tiny washer is damaged... this seems wasteful. If the seller can provide me with some replacement washers, or let me know what size would work best, that would be much appreciated!

Very nice product as far as quality. I thought this would be better than the cheap plastic version. But with the spring and rubber grommet on the check valve, it is difficult to use. I need three hands: one to activate the check valve and two to prime the auto siphon. The check valve works almost too well. The cheap plastic version does not use a spring. So, I will attempt to use this very nice metal bottle filler without the spring on the next fill. This may alleviate the issue. 4 stars for having to modify the product, but it is a lot better quality than the cheap plastic version.

I have used a plastic bottle filler for a couple of years until the plunger on the bottom started to leak and wouldn't shut off completely. I saw the stainless bottle filler and thought it would hold up better than the plastic as it was all stainless including the plunger and came with a round brush to clean the tube. When it arrived, I was surprised how much bigger the stainless tube was compared to my old plastic one but thought if it leaves too much head space, I could always top off the bottles with a funnel and a little extra wine. I gave it a go today and the first thing I noticed was the supplied tubing didn't fit real tight on my racking wand, the suction seemed okay but there were some air bubbles going down the tube, I thought I'd get a small stainless hose clamp for next time. The other problem was with the plunger being stainless, I had a hard time keeping it centered on the raised pontil on the bottom of the wine bottles. The filler tube didn't shut off completely and made some drips from one bottle to another, not a big deal there. The head space that was left when I took out the filler tube was a little too much, about 1" lower than what the plastic wand left. I raised the level with a funnel and some extra wine which dribbled down the sides of the bottles. I think I'll go back to a plastic filler set-up, that seemed to work and for the price I'll just replace it every year or so.

The spring gets jammed often, doesn’t take much to fix it, but it’s inconvenient and it can be hard to tell if it’s flowing

It’s a tremendous bottle filler - built well. I’m very happy with the quality. I have four stars for the overall rating because the plastic tubing included with the product is the incorrect inside diameter - it can’t be used with the product.

They shipped a 3/16 tubing for a 7/16 to 3/8 connection. Other than having to go buy my own tubing it works well.
