This brush is impressively lightweight, which makes it easy to maneuver while styling. The longer bristles grab and hold more hair than my old brush, cutting down on drying time significantly. It smooths my hair beautifully and leaves a nice curl at the ends, instead of that overly flat, straightened look. Major upgrade! One thing I really appreciate—it doesn’t tangle my hair at the base where the brush meets the handle like others tend to do. While hair can occasionally catch on the rubber near the handle, the distance between the rubber and the barrel is generous enough that with a little practice (or finesse), it’s easy to avoid. Now for the heat warning: yes, this is a metal barrel. And yes, if you hold a blow dryer on it, it will get hot. If that hot barrel touches your neck (ask me how I know), it will sting. No lasting damage, thankfully—but I was dangerously close to being that woman with the suspicious neck burn and a “No, really, it was my brush” story. 😅 No stars off for that—just a reminder to use with care. This is a fantastic brush that works quickly, adds shape, and doesn’t cause tangles. Just mind the heat and you’re golden!

I have benefited from using this brush along with the larger diameter brush. TBoth have been very good for my fine thing hair to get smooth fullness without pulling my hair. This brush has a nice grip and it is a nice weight on the light side. I have used the addition of the small tool at the bottom of the brush for cleaning out my hairs o keep the brush clean. Best round brush ever.. well best I’ve tried so far.. glad I got the biggest one my hair is down to my waist but this worked well it didn’t pull out my hair like some do and it definitely made my hair easier to blow dry and smoothed out more leaving less frizz than my old one..

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked this because of the high reviews. It's a nice brush but doesn't hold hair well for straightening. Bristles are not dense enough or stiff enough to hold wavy hair to straighten. I wanted a handle that was smooth and wouldn't catch and pull hair in fine groove. This brush would be good for naturally straight hair. Not mine

I have fine and thin hair and this brush gives my hair body and makes it smooth and shiny. Since my hair is super straight, it tangles easy. This brush keeps it tangle free while blow drying. While I can’t exactly perfect the blow out look yet, I’m getting there! Cant wait to keep using it.
