Good and sturdy. All of the structural components are made of metal. Can handle 350+ pounds of people plus movement without issue. That was my biggest question when searching for a table, and this one passes the test.

Nice massage table for the money. The table is pretty sturdy it does get a little wobbly when you have it raised all the way to the top. This is obviously not a $1000 table but it is comfortable for a home massage. It also fold up nicely and stores well.

Definitely a top notch massage table- made with quality material and very comfortable thick and accommodating in the width and adjustability. It cost more than some of the others tables online but I think this was definitely worth the price. I compared it to the one used at my physical therapy sessions and this was just as good especially considering this is portable- it’s great for date nights or take it on a weekend getaway. (I also bought a sheet set to go with it )
