The support is great, especially if youre on your feet a lot or dealing with PF like me. I could feel a difference right away. They fit perfectly in my boots right out of the box without needing any trimming (sz 11). After a few days of wearing them I noticed a big improvement in comfort and way less foot fatigue by end of day. Also seems to help me with back pain. The build quality seems solid and durable, been wearing them for a few weeks with no signs of wear. There is no noticable weight difference in my shoes. Make sure to remove your shoes' insole before installing these ones. If you're on the fence, just grab them. They are inexpensive relief.

I was having problems with pain in the ball of my foot, and my podiatrist suggested I purchase a set of heavy duty shoe inserts that I could swap with my different shoes. I was able to find these at a reasonable price compared to others out there. I have found that they swap easily from shoe to house slipper with ease. The quality of these supports seems like they will hold up over time. They are comfortable in the padded areas and coupled with the arch support, my pain has been greatly reduced, yeah!!

I have tried many different sole inserts over the years. For the most part they are made with cheap materials and fall apart before the shoes do. I have honestly never had a set with such high quality material. I feel like these will outlast my shoes. Cheaper versions are also mostly flat with no arch support. These look extreme in comparison but the 3 CM arch support is actually very comfortable. I'm over 200 lbs. and had no issues with these. I have a serious ankle injury and I was afraid changing geometry of my feet would cause problems but it is actually helping to keep my ankle and foot straight. If you have foot or leg pains give these a try, they might solve your problem. After a few days I can say that I can stand longer without fatigue. I did not need to cut the item to fit my shoes but instructions are simple if you need to.

I have a pair of older loafers I love wearing them when I'm outside but always find the support to be lacking. I go through these loafers probably a pair every six months so decided I'll get an insert so I have more stability and this product did the job. One tip; cut very little and make sure they're snug. I think I cut just a hair too much from the inside top but still works perfectly okay. But next time, I'll probably trim just the tip. It does have a line on the back so you can cut to the size you need that goes around the curvature. The comfort is excellent in either case. I also noticed when it's cooler out, it does provide extra insulation with the added layer and being slightly off the ground a little more. Overall build quality seems excellent!

The bottom line is comfort and initial feel is very good. Just the right amount of lift in the arch but not painful like those reviews who said it will take time to get used to them. Like any support there is always an adjustment period but that’s because your feet are being forced to a normal position. Good value although we all know product costs
