Customer Service reached out and told me to return them and they'll send me a new set. I was hesitant but boy I am glad I did! The replacement were perfect!. I've been using them for a few weeks and the battery is still at 99%. I use the small one, like a peanut and i use it to shape my side burns and my hair line to clean it up. Works great and leaves nice clean lines. The larger one has many different sizes to chooses from and it cuts just as clean as my plug in Wahl buzzer. Just an amazing pair of cutters. They are light weight and easy to grip. I am so happy I stuck with them. Like I said in the beginning of the review, customer service is excellent. The cutters work great and I am extremely happy I gave these a try. Its a steal of a price for what you get.... 100% worth it and do recommend them. This is my honest review of them. I do like them.

Very reasonably priced and very convenient! No cord to get in the way, seems just as powerful & effective as regular clippers I've had in the past and the battery life is very ample. One usage accounts for less than 5% battery life. Win all around!

Finally getting rid of the cord! Super convenient, 2 for the price of one. My last one was 5 times as expensive. The only drawback with this one is that you have to hang on to the huge box to keep your different length trim caps stored and organized. Otherwise a winner. Charge lasts forever.

It was initially bought for my husband, However desperate times calls for desperate measures when you can’t get wax at the moment or just don’t want razor bumps like gross, Not happening ??? So I used it on my armpits and my Who-Ha (my Yoni) and surprisingly I was pleased with the outcome, it definitely accomplished what needed to be done lol. Be gentle tho of course don’t let the edges of the Clippers get in your crevices. And oh yea how could I forget my husband(who between me & you is a very hairy Man)loves the Clippers for his face, the mustache/beard/chin areas & he be lining his up fade too(the sides idk about the front, maybe idk) so yea pretty convenient if I do say so myself

The hand feel is perfect—solid, quality & tight, yet every moveable component functioned super smoothly —no wobble Cordless trimmers of this caliber make cutting hair & trimming facial hair a pleasure as a barber. The beard/personal shaver is equally solid, and just a great addition. The razor alone justifies the cost So sharp & precise—no hint of slow down or excessive heat Nice assortment of attachments — there’s 1 or 2 favorites I’d like to see, such as ear fade clips…but for the price I could buy a 20 pack & still be ahead. Lot of guys don’t use them anyway You have everything you need to a lifetime of trimming your own fade, or honestly, I’d use these babies in a shop in a minute At this price point, you’d be a lunatic to go w anything else. I bought these to keep my beard trimmed short. They are very comfortable to hold and use. However, it does take some effort (multiple passes over the same area) to get all of the hairs trimmed to the same length.
