The guitar looks great and is perfect to learn on. The strings require frequent tuning, even after just a half hour of practicing. The zipper on the gig bag broke the first time I tried to zip it. I reached out to the seller about this and they offered a partial refund for the inconvenience.

I bought this based on the positive reviews it received. The only concern I had was the fact the zipper brought immediately when we went to use it. And one of the strings like older due to a rust like color. The seller immediately within a day refunded my entire purchase. It shows me that customer satisfaction is REALLY important to them. A new case would've been enough. I would recommend and buy from them again.

My son is 7 and interested in music. My dad is a cajun french musician that plays guitar so we started with this one. His music teacher from school recommended one with nylon strings to not discourage lessons from sore fingers. He loves it. We downloaded an app that he follows along with and is doing well. The only thing with nylon strings is that you have to tune with each use sometimes during usage. They do not hold well and stretch with use. Great beginner item. The tuner that came with the guitar did not work properly. However, the app we downloaded for lessons has a tuner built in that works great.

This guitar is great! I teach music & guitar lessons. These guitars hold up very well, have a great sound, & hold tune. It takes some playing daily for the first week or so to keep the guitar strings in tune. I have ordered 4 of these guitar packs, & every single one of them has turned out amazing! So glad I didn’t listen to the reviews about it not holding a tune! They do, it just takes playing & stretching those strings! I had ONE guitar come in with a funny smell…. So I just kept wiping it down with a plain cloth & water & let it sit in a very open room. Lacked type smell went away. Great guitar! It’s worth it!

I was super excited to get this for my son!! It is cute, but when we received it one of the strings was covered in rust. I returned it, and requested a new guitar, and the second one was perfect. Very thankful for how easy customer service made the process, and for the replacement products condition. Worth the buy!

My soon-to-be 8 yo grandson loved my guitar while we were camping this past week (he loves anything musical, already playing violin and piano!) and asked me to teach him how to play. I taught him two chords and sang a few songs with him. He asked if I'd get him a guitar for his birthday coming up in 7 days. I made no commitments, but as soon as I got home and had wifi, I went straight to Amazon!! Read about a lot of different guitars and their reviews. I'm SO glad I picked this one!! I liked so much about this: size, accessories, guitar bag, and PRICE!! I was really sold by a review that talked about what a great tuner it came with! Well, there isn't anything to love about this guitar!! It's perfect! Anyone who knows about stringed instruments understands that tuning...and staying in tune...takes awhile. That why I had the guitar come to ME a few days early, so I could tune it...and keep tuning it until it stays tuned. It had only taken a couple of hours of intermittent tuning and now it's pretty much staying in tune!! It's great! The ONLY thing I didn't like, was that it didn't have anything to attach the other end of the guitar strap. It has a button at the bottom of the guitar, but I had to jury-rig a way to attach it at the top of the neck. Not a huge problem at all! Hands down, this is a great deal all the way around!! THANK YOU!!! A very happy musical grandma!

The media could not be loaded. Nice guitar for beginners with limited budget. The guitar is well made, nice wood, nice craftsmanship and nice painting. It’s sounds very good. After opening the box, it took about 3 - 4 days to start being able to hold the tone. It’s quite normal for a new classical guitar just be patient. The neck is straight, surprisingly the action is good, ready to play (see pictures) However, to my experience, the guitar is this price range normally need some adjustments at the beginning. There is no truss rod in the neck. If the action was high, I think it’s pretty easy to adjust by filing the bridge saddle. for this price it’s a deal. I bought it for my son, he is 12, who knows how many days he will be interested in learning guitar. It’s cheap, if my son doesn’t want to learn any more, it won’t cost me too much. If he indeed wants to learn, this guitar is easy and comfortable to play , and we can always upgrade later. The size is good, friendly to kids or small hands person. You know what, I am thinking of throwing one in the trunk of my car so that I can have something to kill the time when I drive my son to his soccer training, of course after this COVID 19 . Anyway it’s boring to stay home these days, if you never try playing guitar before, get one, you may find some fun! Even if not, it’s only $90. LOL

The media could not be loaded. Having stayed at home for more than 3 months, I finally decided to buy a guitar for my 7 yo daughter. I have searched many different options at amazon and carefully read the reviews. In the under $100 range, this guitar caught my eye for its excellent reviews. I placed the order last Monday and it arrived in just 3 days. It comes with everything a beginner would need: a bag, a cleaning cloth, two picks, a strap, and a tuner. As with any brand new classic guitar, it takes some time for the nylon strings to stay in tune. For me, it took about 5 days. So if you are annoyed by the frequent need for re-tuning at the beginning, please just be patient. Comparing to my old electric acoustic guitar, this guitar is much easier for the fingers which makes it a perfect choice for beginners. My daughter has already learned two chords (Am and Em) and she loves the guitar so much! To demonstrate the sound quality, I've made a short video with two parts: in the first part I played some basic notes and 'spider' and in the second part I played segment of Romance. The sound quality is well beyond my expectation for the price. I would recommend it to everyone looking for a beginner/children's guitar.
