I've been playing bass and guitar for about 30 years now, and this basic little Fender acoustic is actually one of the nicest guitars I've ever played. Very basic, just your standard acoustic six-string, but it sounds great, feels great, and is super light-weight. As pictured, it includes a gig bag, a digital tuner, three picks, a strap, and a spare set of strings (that's in addition to the strings already on the guitar). Mine didn't include the instructional DVD, but as I'm already an experienced player, I wouldn't have used it anyway lol. It came in perfect condition, no knicks/scratches, etc. In all I'm very pleased with this guitar. I've played much more expensive acoustic guitars that didn't feel as good as this one does to play. Perfect for a beginner, but pretty good for us experienced players as well.

Comes with everything you need as a beginner, which I am. You can start playing it right away (once you tune it, and it comes with an electric tuner). Once you understand how to use the tuner, it becomes something you can do in a few minutes. I've been playing for about 1 week, the guitar comes with metal strings and they sound wonderful. They also have replacement strings on standby. They give you 3 picks, I wish they were different grades, but they are all medium. Not a game changer in the slightest. Bag is nice, upgrading to a hardcase soon, but this bag will do and it does have a pocket on front for carrying your accessories. I don't have a DVD player to say much about the included DVD. The only thing I can say I dont completely like is the strap. The guitar only has one knob, the other side must be tied to the neck. The strap is good quality, but I'm not a fan of the fit. Still not a game changer in the slightest, just preference. The seller is very attentive as well and is willing to help you with anything from returns or fixes. Totally will by from seller again, this product is awesome. Looks slick in black and just the whole bundle in general rocks!

The bundle is awesome, everything you need very inexpensive. Bought a stand for it, because I was tired of tuning it every time . Black does leave fingerprints but it is perfect for me. I learned how to tune without any help. Tried to watch youtube. It wasn't working, figured out you have to know the strings: E6, A5, D4, G3, B2, E1, came up with my own acronym (because thats how you get a MBA)-the ones online are too difficult. Eat A Delicious Green Bean Everyday. With the tuner included in the bundle, select the “G” for guitar, then strum E6 turn the tuning peg until the tuner turns green at E6. After knowing this you may watch a video. But if the line is left at the center for E6 then turn peg right until it turns green at center. If it is at A then turn left until E6 appears and adjust accordingly as you strum the line. I was disappointed that my black guitar didn't have a pin at the neck for the strap, you have to do the “shoe string” method but I am fine with it, not all guitars have them. I purchased the Sunburst bundle last year for my man, and his has the neck pin, and his came with the hard case, his was more expensive from same seller. Definitely will buy a few more for my sons, they love to use mine. Well wishes.. now on to practicing.

I've been a guitar player since 1966. I started teaching in 1988, and still have students today, although due to Covid, business has been slow. In addition to teaching, I've played solo shows a few times a week (since 1997), and before that played in rock bands for over 25 years. I'm no amateur, and I know guitars. Playing is my bread and butter. I recently traded my acoustic/electric guitars and acoustic Yamahas for a semi hollow body high end electric Gretsch, which is a beautiful guitar. But it occurred to me that I really need a simple acoustic for campfires, outdoor memorials, etc. An amp & electric guitar isn't always practical. I took a chance on this Squire, and it just arrived today. The finish is quite good, no defects. The intonation is pretty close, the action right out of the box is good, too. (It does have a truss rod with Allen wrench, if needed). It comes with a video, picks, strings, strap & nylon gig bag that looks durable, but I don't think it's foam-padded, but it's OK. I think those individuals that gave this a one-star rating and poor review probably received damaged goods. Mine arrived in fine condition. It plays well, and has good tone overall. I wish this guitar had been my starter guitar, but in 1966 when I started playing as a teen, my Dad could only afford a $39. department store guitar, but I played that guitar every day, for hours. If you're a beginner, this guitar package is a good value, and way better than what I started out with. Best of luck, and never stop playing!

I am pleased with my purchased guitar and package. I have had several in my life and had stopped learning many years ago. I wanted to start again and this looked like a decent guitar for the price. It is a decent guitar and the whole kit gave me all the parts I knew I needed to start learning again. The guitar and kit was in good shape just as advertised. It sounds good and all parts of the kit were in good shape. I especially liked the fact there was a statement to the effect asking if all was received in a good shape and how to respond if not. Can't complain, I feel I got my money's worth.

Just the guitar from Fender is $30 more, so this bundle was a great deal for me as a noob. Arrived safely and was easy to tune then just pick up and play. The strings already on the guitar are pretty harsh on tender new fingers so you may want to order some softer ones and watch a few videos on how to string. Guitar itself is beautifully made and sounds full and resonant. I haven’t tried the included dvd yet as i’m checking out the Fender app. Ten thumbs up for this purchase - i’m very happy with it.

I have to give a shout out to Austin Bazaar(Seller), The Fender Squier Dreadnought I ordered arrived when it was supposed to but where I was most impressed was the guitar it's self. I Know this is my first guitar but I wasn't expecting much for the price. This thing is beautiful and also sounds very nice once I got it in tune. I cannot wait to get started playing with this guitar. I think this will be a great learner guitar for me and others in my family who want to learn. My wife was even impressed with this guitar. It arrived perfectly no scratches, cracks, dents or dings. All I have to say is Thank You Austin Bazaar

Squire Fender has done an amazing job creating such a high quality acoustic guitar for such a low price. The guitar in this package is the Squire Fender SA-150. It sounds bright loud and full. The action is so low, it is perfect for a beginner. It came in perfect condition. I may buy another as a spare for a friend to play. Thank you Squire and thank you Amazon.
