This is a nice knife. It's weighted nicely. It's not perfectly balanced, but it's not bad. The handle feels good in the hand and makes working fast silky smooth. The knife arrived incredibly sharp and free of any burs or defects. The damascus finish appears to be printed or emblazoned in some way. I can't speak to the quality of the steel because I can't test it, but it does feel light compared to a similar knife I own that cost much more. It has held an edge fairly well for quite some time. I have never used the sharpener, but it appears to be constructed well and its features look very similar to another sharpener I own. The mini knife is a novelty. I don't know what it's for other than looking silly, but hey... it's there and you own it, so there you go.

The media could not be loaded. The Buesto chef knife is a must-have! Super sharp out of the box. Just used it to prep dinner, and wow what a game-changer! It slices through veggies and meat like a dream. The sharpener keeps it in top shape. I used it to sharpen my old knives. And the results are excellent. Incredible quality at a great price. Highly recommend!

What a knife. Very well balanced and extremely sharp knife. Came with a very nice box. Handle is very comfortable. I own multiple high end chef knives from Solingen, S30V steel and also some Japanese steel knives and this is my to go knife since it's arrived. Extremely sharp and very comfortable to use. This Master Chef Knife set is quite nice. The blade is strong and incredibly sharp. Makes slicing anything easier, including tough meats, becoming less of a chore. Blade holds well, but as with any high quality knife that’s very sharp, it needs to be touched up fairly frequently but the accompanying sharpener makes that easy as well.
