Great bag, however, the bottom of the bag is not really sturdy. Bag falls in when I have my 9 lb cat in there and i carry it by the handle. Bag would be better if it had a hard bottom to hold any weght.

The carrier is great. It is plenty roomy for one cat, and you can even get 2 smaller cats in it comfortably (probably not suitable for a very long trip though). You can wear it as a backpack or carry it normally. My only complaint is that the carrier does not hold its shape very well. The top sinks in, as a result of how they package it for shipping. Other than that, though, this is a great carrier.

I bought this carrier for my 8 week old ragdoll kitten (now 4 months old) thinking it would be a good fit for him as he grew. Little did I know it would be a nightmare for both of us. He's a very docile and easy to please kitten, but he hated this carrier so much. He rode in a friend's arms during his first hour long car ride back to her house but cried almost the entire 25 minute ride home minus the 8 or so minutes he was asleep from being so tired. As he's gotten older it's only gotten progressively worse to the point where he cries as soon as I zip it up and is a frantic mess once we start moving in my car. He can't stand anything made from mesh since he can't see out so that was problem number 1, it isn't well ventilated so he gets overheated very quickly, the structure is very poor so he has little to no space from the top and sides sinking in, the backpack design flat-out sucks and is awkward to carry and extremely uncomfortable for him because it tilts, and in general it just isn't well-made and jostles around in the car very easily. I wouldn't recommend this carrier for a pet with thicker fur and it's difficult to say anything good about it since it just isn't sturdy at all and your pet won't have any space for movement. Part of this came from him playing with it by sitting on top of it, but there was no other way for me to let him get familiar with it without letting him interact howevee he felt comfortable. I tried feliway spray by recommendation of his vet and that helped minimize the crying at first but stopped working completely as he's gotten older. I stopped taking him anywhere because it was way too much stress for both of us and I wanted to find a safer solution for traveling since I can't (and don't want to) leave him home alone when I'm visiting family (all within a 35 minute drive). I have since purchased a bubble carrier that he loved instantly and was very content during his first 35-minute both ways ride in it--after only having the carrier for an hour. I used feliway for the trip there and didn't even need it for the trip back because he was eager to get back in it and sat in it when he was ready to go home. Needless to say. My kitten hated this carrier but otherwise loves car rides and I would return this one if I could as I have no use for it.

This is a very roomy and easy to carry cat bed. Itโs a little floppy since there isnโt any hard plastic keeping it built. Other than that i love it.

This was the perfect size for my dog to fit under the seat. It seems 30 however it lacks ventilation for the animal. The window in the front is made of a plastic and my dog kept putting his face on it and breathing on it which left me feeling like it was very hot, I wish that it was made of mesh in the front like the sides.

This is plenty of room for my leggy 15 pound cat. He can lie down. Unfortunately the size makes it bulky to carry, but I'll tolerate that to make my cat more comfortable. My cat gets stressed traveling in a standard hardsided carrier. He seems calmer in this one . I like that I can unzip it slightly to pet or give him a treat without giving him a chance to bolt. It holds its shape well during use, hasn't buckled the three times I've used it. The only real downside I can see to this carrier is, it won't stand on end to load the cat feet first as I do with a standard carrier. I have to unzip the top, which leaves plenty of space to grab the side or kick free and jump out. If going into the carrier is a struggle with your pet, it's going to be an even greater struggle with this carrier. But I tolerate that because once in, he seems more comfortable and not so stressed.

My 17 yr old spitfire cat HATES carriers of any type. She will start snarling if I even move her carrier. I'm about to move and her old carrier is too small for her and another cat, soI ordered this for the upcoming move. While I was assembling this she came over to check it out. To my absolute surprise, when I put it down, she jumped right in, curled up, and hung out in it for a while. This will make the upcoming move much less stressful for the both of us.
