Our Bernese Mountain Dog, Sophie, lived to be over 13 years old and had one dental cleaning over her lifetime. I attribute much of her dental health to this product as we didn't use it for previous family dogs. Highly recommended. Marketed for cats as well, but much more difficult to get them to eat it - I've tried mixing it in canned food but they sense the texture and odor so decline to eat. Great product for dogs - so easy to use! Just sprinkle it into their food once a day. Works well even with dry kibble as most dogs just gobble down whatever is in their bowl. Highly recommend!

Product delivered the next day. Thank you! The scoop is tiny, relative to a pinch of product. Should last a while, even with large dogs. We find it unnecessary to risk their health under anesthesia for teeth cleaning. This is a very effective healthy addition to high quality food and regular cleaning toys/bones. We have a german shep that has chronic problems with tarter, this is the most effective product we've used and he likes how it tastes. 3/12/14 Update- In only 2 weeks, SIGNIFICANT changes. We saw our Vet today w/ GSD. Her quote: "Wow- he looks like he has shiny puppy teeth again! And his gums are improving. Amazing! What was that product again?" Wish I had taken Before-After photos. His breath has also significantly improved. It is "Amazing!" Really surprised to see results like these at all, let alone in 2 weeks. There are some build up areas close to the upper gum line remaining thus far (you know- in the 2 weeks of use ha and probably where the gums were swollen.) Vet could tell this area is also already receding. We used exactly as directed for large breed canines. I didn't expect to see anything for at least 6 weeks. The scoop is like the size of a small pinkie finger nail tip. I was looking at the scoop, looking at the 125Lb GSD, thinking "He has more sand under his toe nail right now than this scoop measures." I've been with Amazon- well since the garage days :) I think I've written 4-5 reviews total, including this one. I am a monthly avid, let's say "supporter" of Amazon. Huge fan of Amazon. The Wellness Complete Health dog food and this product cannot be praised highly enough. I also saw some product Trolls in comments as I prepared to update. Congenital heart failure? Someone forgot to Google "Canine Dilative Cardiomyopathy." 2nd tip for Trolling: If you're going to troll a natural, incredibly effective, ridiculously cost effective competitor who's main ingredient is seaweed, you're better off claiming it made your dog want to go to the beach or in this example, Copenhagen. ^5 Proden. We're grateful. Our beautiful boys are so happy and showing off their now pearly whites. Our Vet intends to recommend your product to others. I even wrote a review :)

I use this daily for my pets, as well as dental chews. Their teeth are wonderful looking with minimal buildup.

I have two dogs. Each weighs more than 50 lb. and are not amenable to having their teeth brushed. This was one of the products my veterinarian recommended to improve the dogs’ dental hygeine. At the latest annual visit, he noted that the dogs’ teeth were in good shape. BTW, I had to laugh at the questions at the start of this review - they asked about the scent and taste. I neither smelled nor tasted this powder. One sprinkles it on a dish of dog food and the dog ingests it. Easy-peasy!

I have two poodles, a miniature and a standard. Both had terrible breath, and the miniature has had dental issues to the point of having 10 teeth pulled. With Plaque Off there was a marked improvement in their breath within 2-3 weeks and their teeth are noticeably cleaner. And they love this powder! When I dish out their food, they watch for me to add it. They think it's a treat! I definitely recommend it.

Appears to be working as it's advertised to do. The next critter visit to the critter Doc. will be the determination. Would give it 5 stars, but need more time. The critters have no issue with it in their food.

I'm a vet assistant of 6.5 years, and while nothing compares to brushing your pets' teeth, this is one of the only additives I've found that works well. My 80lb dog puts up a fight with brushing, so I've been adding this in his food for the past few years, and it doesn't get rid of 100% of the tartar, but it definitely has a noticable difference!! And it is approved by VOHC (Veterinary oral health council), which is the reason I found it in the first place!

We have two Rotties - 3.5 years old. Our vet said they need to have their teeth cleaned, but we’re not keen on anaesthetic for them. We purchased plaque off about four months ago and have been using it every day. It is amazing a little more expensive but definitely worth the purchase. Girls teeth look like they used to so we highly recommend it
