Bought from Amazon warehouse, one of the whisks was broke when I received it but I can still use it with one. The lowest setting seems quite fast so I have to turn it on and off so my mixture doesn’t go flying everywhere.

I did not order a used mixer, nowhere on this product page do they say this is used. Yet the one I received was dirty and had traces of food on it. I decided to wash it, and as long as it works, keep it anyways since the price is so low. When I first turned it on, it did work, but I noticed the lowest speed was way too fast and all five speeds are barely any different. The lowest speed is almost the highest speed. Then when I added the flour to the mix it struggled to mix the dough and then shut itself off and wouldn't turn on again. I'm just glad it happened during the return window! Often buying the cheapest option from Amazon works out fine, but this product was a definite bust. ... show more

I looked for awhile for the right small appliance. I wanted a simple hand-held mixer after having to let go of my old one because of rusting of the beaters and mechanism after many decades of use. While this one is light and relatively easy to use, it feels poorly made. The mixer is wobbly on the counter, the beaters don't consistently fit, and after three uses, the beaters and parts are already rusting. Once it gets going, it works fine, but the product is lacking in workmanship and feels a bit like a child's cheap toy.
