Went to buy it from procolored and someone ended up with procoloredfun at checkout. Looks like the same Chinese printer they sell on alibaba and wish. Shipping took almost a week and when it arrived, the box had a marking of 3 of 3, and is the only crate that I recieved. When I opened it up, I noticed that there wasnt any ink or paper ( Had to order from amazon). I talked to customer support and tried to message the seller but couldn't get anything resolved except to return it and get a new one sent back ( which would still probably be missing the ink and paper again) so I decided to keep it. After a couple prints and setup, the printer works great but would of been nice to have gotten it quicker and with the missing pieces ... show more

The printer works great, I've had it for awhile and have not had any trouble with it. The company is awesome. They reached out to me to make sure I didn't need help and to make sure I have it up and running. If I ever decided to buy another it will be from the same company.

I just purchased this printer and I’m having issue setting it up on software can anyone help Me out in this group it came with no instructions except for the usb and that nit much help oh and when I got it it had a big dent in the back like the shipper Falange the crate it came in so 3k later I have a printer can’t even print with it ... show more
