Very solid mount, wish I would of had this long ago. Have always ran ram mounts, and would have to constantly tighten the knob after long runs, and always had that worry in the back of my mind of it loosening up, and my expensive unit flying off the boat. No worries with this one, Since I purchased this mount, have not had any issues. Rock solid when hitting rough water, which makes me fully confident my unit is secure.
