Surprisingly I like the taste and even add a little lemon juice to it for more flavor. If you’re looking for something to help with ‘the go’, it works, but not as quickly as other pre/probiotics I’ve tried. It does work though and very well! I am purchasing again.

These probiotics live up to the claims. I finished the whole bottle and I do have to say that this product did make a difference to my overall health and I would recommend this product. I think it is a very good product and it does as it is advertised.
