I loved that the instructions were super easy! All hardware was included. I just haven't figured out what the free and lock do on the lever that raises and lowers the chair. It doesn't seem to lock the wheels, not sure. Also the way the chair is made on the back of the backrest the plastic creates a pocket could put a few magazine or something in it! ... show more
