I bought this when I was taking strong antibiotics for an extended period of time and under the guide of my doctor to add a a probiotic to my diet. I chose this one because it has both pre and probiotics, is 1 pill a day (although I was taking 2 day), good ingredients and is a very good value for a 60 day supply. I believe the pill does help with my gut health and I have also added low sugar yogurt with live good bacteria’s into my diet as well. I found buying the 3 pack is most cost effective at around $20 bottle for 2 month supply that’s only $10/month if you take just 1 pill a day. A very good value for what you get. ... show more

    • Makes me very gassy!

I've been taking another premium probiotic (PB8) for years and I've always loved it. However, I read recently that you're supposed to change up your probiotics every so often to introduce different bacteria strains to your gut. So this looked like a great change, with many different strains from my other probiotic. Plus is has pre-biotics too (unlike PB8). I also read that they work better if taken at night. Well, they make me very gassy and my gut wakes me up around 4-5 am every night. After 3 weeks, still gassy so will start taking them during the day. (My husband doesn't have these issues and takes his during the day.) Not a deal breaker because I definitely feel them working. But PB8 was much other on my gut and more predictable. My bowel movements were the same time every day. Also, the price was $47 for 3 bottles in October but 2 months later is $59 (they are currently offering 5% off however). Overall, a strong product that works well. But after these 3 bottles are gone, I'll be going back to PB8. Just a bit too intense on my gut. PB8 costs more but I like them better. ... show more

I love this probiotic! Very good, since I bought this brand of probiotics, my stomach pain, bloating, and gas are all gone. I am a patient of gastrectomy, and the gastrointestinal function is abnormal after the operation. I have not digested or gas for a year. After taking this probiotic, the digestive function is normal, the exhaust gas is normal, the stomach pain is gone, and the weight has been restored. It is highly recommended. For me it checks all the boxes, Its organic, It has Pre and Probiotics, eliminating the need to purchase another product Love the fact it's not a gelatin capsule but vegetarian.
