  • Easy to assemble.
Size: 350 Lbs
I liked the assembly of the 350# lift. No tools needed. It worked perfectly on the first try. I lifted my Toro Time cutter 50” deck and I was impressed with the space under the deck. This sure will make cleaning deck and sharpening of blades easy.

  • Great option to service small tractors
Size: 350 Lbs
Had to update a used lawn tractor. Worked great to change the oil and air filters and oil as well as the blades.

  • Mower lift
Size: 350 Lbs
Easily lift mower, but would have been nice if it would have come with chocks for the back tires.

  • Did the job; a few tips for use...
Size: 300 Pound Capacity
I bought this because I'm 67 years old and can't lift big stuff anymore nor jury-rig something to substitute for safely. I had to change the blades and install a mulcher kit on a John Deere Z335E zero turn 42 inch mower. I'm handy with tools. I was able to assemble it in about 30 minutes out of the box, no missing parts or misalignment of holes for screws/bolts. It comes with 4 little wheels so it can be driven to the right spot for the mower. I drove the mower on, put on the parking brake, chocked the back wheels, then jacked up to the max (2 ft?), ENSURED THAT BOTH ANGLE JAMS (I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO CALL THEM BUT THERE ARE TWO "JAMS" THAT FIT INTO SLOTS TO LOCK IN HEIGHTS.) BE CAREFUL, WHEN I FIRST DID IT, ONE WAS "IN" ONE WAS "OUT" . WITH MINOR TEASING, BOTH EASILY SEATED. Then I released the pressure on the bottle jack so it rested on the "stops" then retightened the release on the bottle jack to ensure that if the stops slipped, the jack would still hold. RETIGHTEN AS A SAFETY PRECAUTION. I worked under the mower for about 1+ hrs without any issues arising, lowered it by pumping it up a bit to release the "stops" then foot pedaling the stop into the locked position, then gently unscrewed the bottle jack relief valve, standing to the side, because as the mower lowered, the entire jack rolled a bit backwards to compensate for the height. It mostly folds but not entirely flat...sticks out about a foot when stood up from the wall... I don't normally write reviews but this is a decent product for the price. Paint job very thick so that I'm hoping that it won't rust too quickly in the shed. Good product... ... show more

  • Easy to Assemble Easy to use
Size: 350 Lbs
I purchased the 350 lb lift. Assembly was easy. Easily picks up the front wheels on my Cub Cadet XT1 LT42. Raise to desired height, then slowly lower with release screw on bottle jack until the stop arms engage the oblong holes for a secure lift. Retighten the release screw on the bottle jack. I may also cut a 2x4 for a support between the upper arm and the concrete floor. Don't like reaching under the deck as it looks like a dead fall trap waiting to trigger. Will feel safer with extra support in place. ... show more

  • Helps With Tractor Maintenance
Size: 300 Pound Capacity
Easy assembly. The first time I used it and due to my inexperience the riding mower came off the lift and one of the security rods bent. I straightened it out and was more careful how I rolled it on. You have to be careful. Even with tire chucks it moves back as you jack it up until it finds it balance, then it's "safe". I power washed the under side clean as new without taking off the deck. I am trying to get enough nerve to wrestle the blades off. I am sure it's sturdy enough but that middle blade scares me, you have to get under there a little bit. The price went up dramatically just as went to buy it. I waited and kept checking prices and bought it for what it sold for early in the year. Remember, make sure you have the tires square on the lift frame and jack it up slowly and make the sure the tires stay in the tire frame. When you let it down, turn the screw very slowly. It will want to go down very fast and just pay attention when you let it down. Again, it can get away from you. Overall, I am glad I made this purchase. ... show more

  • DO NOT BUY!!
Size: 350 Lbs
I can't believe a company would sell such an inferior product. By the time I got it high enough to change blades the back of lift came off the ground. My zero turn is just a little over 600 lbs and most of the weight is in the rear of mower. In my opinion this particular lift is not even worth taking to the scrap yard. It's a death trap!!! ... show more

  • bottle jack leaks
I bought this to lift to assist me who is 73 yrs old ( but still in good physical strength) to get to the bottom of deck easier and to clean it and to work on removing the blade for sharpening. Set up was fairly simple but you had to go by the picture to tell how the wheel baskets were positioned. I was able to assemble and then use the lift on two lawnmowers and then took it to garage for storing. I know that I had tightened the release valve adequately but next morning, there was a puddle of hydraulic fluid in the area of the release valve. I tightened the valve as tight as I could manually and next day, I noticed that it was still leaking. I called the company as instructed to do so and the technician wanted my address and a copy of the purchase receipt. He stated that I was going to receive a new bottle jack. When I inquired if this was a common problem, he replied that "it happens". It appears to me that this may be a more common problem then what he admitted. It wasn't that after looking up the company SFA Companies, I found out that it was a conglomerate of many products manufactured and sold in the US by China. I am expecting receipt of a replacement bottle jack which I believe is the most important part of this unit...It does the lifting, it holds the lawnmower in raised position. How can you have confidence to get under the unit (I had a large block of wood under the deck as a safe guard) without the heart of the lift to fail? Also, I found the handle poorly made and how it connects to the lift bracket. If you want to move the lift with the handle, it slips out of the notched base very easily. The height lock lever could have been engineered a lot better, they are merely notches in the frame that the height lock slips into. Only time will tell if this new bottle jack works without leaking. When using it in the future, I will always have a back up to prevent the jack and lift from slipping and falling on me as I work under the deck. ... show more
