    • Cheap brushes for stain

Love these for slapping stain on wood. They are cheap and get the job done. I remodeled an old trailer with my husband and had to make shelves for it. Needless to say I had a lot of boards to stain and needed a lot of brushes for a reasonable le price. These definitely fit those categories. I dont clean them just toss em out when done. Really i use them for any staining I need to do. ... show more

    • Not for House painting
I bought these brushes for one use only, to apply resin over fiberglass strains on a boat project. These are perfect for my need, thye shed some hair which does not make them a valuable option for fine painting but for my needs they are perfect. As soon as the resin dry they end up in the trash and I use another one in the next batch. ... show more

    • Worth buying? It depends upon your task.
Do I give 5 stars because they meet my need or 1-2 stars because quality stinks? That is the question. I use these brushes for exterior painting of rust preventer, enamel, and oil-based primer. I toss the brush when the task is complete or bristles start falling off. This accomplishes the needful with no messy cleanup of costlier brushes. Maybe another use case is a children's arts/crafts activity. I certainly do not suggest them for staining or any use on valued furniture. Offhand I don't recall ever having an interior use for them. A tip - use the brush gently so it holds up longer before bristles start falling off. ... show more

    • Cheap!
My go to for an inexpensive brush. Less bristle loss than the typical big box store brush. Would not use for critical paint work but works well for everything else.

    • Good for what they're designed for
Good cheap brushes, but be prepared to lose a few bristles along the way. What else can you expect for a paint brush costing less than a buck?

    • Great for the price
First I didnt expect these to be first rate being throw away brushes. They are okay except for the occasional piece comes off the brush an sticks in the paint. Like a hair. It's the actual brush part. But overall I'm satisfied with these because the price is so good. I will buy again.
